We had a wonderful time staying here! We were greeted with a warm smile by the fantastic host, Olivier, who let us leave our bags, provided beach towels for free, and even offered an early check-in. A very positive first impression! The apartment itself is cosy, very clean, and modern. It has a small kitchen and a beautiful garden, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the smart TV, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, a brilliant and affordable place to stay in Cannes, definitely recommended!

Location: It’s quite a steep climb from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Not too bad, but we wished it was a bit closer. For future stays, we recommend the host consider leaving some sugar and cream for tea and coffee in the mornings.

Location, staff and service was more than adequate. The receptionist provided us with wonderful recommendations about Cannes, which we used to enhance our experience. We wish everyone could be so enthusiastic about a city as the kind receptionist. We were heartedly welcomed and if you come by car, we recommend you call the hotel first, so they could open the parking gate for you. Price quality ratio is exceptional.

If you’re a light sleeper, you may experience some noise from other rooms.

We stayed at Hotel Esperanto because my mother was injured during a trip and is now in the hospital in Cannes. The hotel is simply furnished but wonderful. Above all, the staff is outstanding! They are kind, helpful, open, and amazing people who made our stay truly fantastic. We highly recommend Hotel Esperanto. If it were possible, we would give 10 stars instead of 5. There is nothing to say

Good location, close to the center and the train station. We came by car and we were offered a place to park as well, at a charge, which is highly appreciated in a place with narrow streets and no free parking spots. It was a family friendly place, big apartment, great facilities, even a small private garden. I would definitely recommend it and book the same again if I ever travel to Cannes soon again.

Spacious room with a balcony and everything you might neeed. There's even a teapot and some tea available. Staff was super friendly and kind. Parking cost 10eur per day and it's not free like mentioned in other comments. They are very kind to pets, no extra charge for dogs. Breakfast consists of a small peace of cream cheese, butter, jam, piece of bread, croissant and an apple. Tea, coffee and a glass of juice are available.

Spotless clean, wide apartment with all it was needed and a bit more. Superfriendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our little needs. Having the opportunity of a parking in 5 min from the Croisette was great especially as we arrived a bit late position is really in walking distance for everything an everywhere you want to go in Cannes. The apartment is nothing fancy but it has everything and is also suitable for longer stays. Really good value for money IMHO

Lovely French breakfast, coffee, juice, croissants, butter, jam, Nutella, fresh melon. Cozy, functional room. Helpful and polite staff. Clean, good value for money.

Shower cabin is small for an adult. While rooms were cleaned, floor was not vacuumed/sweeped. Toilet is a bit too close to the bed.

The guys at the front desk were super friendly. It is in a great position just a short walk (15 minutes) from the centre and the port. Maybe longer on the walk back up the hill! The basic twin room was clean. The communal areas downstairs were very pleasant, including outside tables. There was a kettle in the room with tea bags and a coffee machine downstairs (€2)

The room was very small.

My view uts was absolutely amazing,full of sunshines on my balcony,fresh air,my beddings immaculate,extremlely clean everywhere,only great words for everything,all theirs staff,very helping and friendly! They will remember me (juliana)for long time from now,even i ,i was totaly impressed,With thanks to Olivier theirs Manager!and yeah i highly recommend this location! Also not very far from Railway Station😉

Wasn't

There was free parking spot available very close to the property, we were very lucky. The room size and cleanliness exceeded our expectations and we got a free upgrade to a room with a very nice balcony.

We can't complain, everything was fine for us but be aware that there is no elevator and the property is located a bit uphill. Taking into consideration our age and physical state, it did not bother us at all.
