Spotless clean, wide apartment with all it was needed and a bit more. Superfriendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our little needs. Having the opportunity of a parking in 5 min from the Croisette was great especially as we arrived a bit late position is really in walking distance for everything an everywhere you want to go in Cannes. The apartment is nothing fancy but it has everything and is also suitable for longer stays. Really good value for money IMHO

The guys at the front desk were super friendly. It is in a great position just a short walk (15 minutes) from the centre and the port. Maybe longer on the walk back up the hill! The basic twin room was clean. The communal areas downstairs were very pleasant, including outside tables. There was a kettle in the room with tea bags and a coffee machine downstairs (€2)

My view uts was absolutely amazing,full of sunshines on my balcony,fresh air,my beddings immaculate,extremlely clean everywhere,only great words for everything,all theirs staff,very helping and friendly! They will remember me (juliana)for long time from now,even i ,i was totaly impressed,With thanks to Olivier theirs Manager!and yeah i highly recommend this location! Also not very far from Railway Station😉

Wasn't

There was free parking spot available very close to the property, we were very lucky. The room size and cleanliness exceeded our expectations and we got a free upgrade to a room with a very nice balcony.

We can't complain, everything was fine for us but be aware that there is no elevator and the property is located a bit uphill. Taking into consideration our age and physical state, it did not bother us at all.

Hotel staff,location,closed parking,room cleaning!

Our room was on the first floor without the balcony,while other rooms has balconies,we got charged 10 eur a night for parking but it was saying on many reviews and even on information leaflet in our room that it’s free but it wasn’t,other than that if we would had a room with balcony plus free parking our score would be 10!

The hotel is small. but clean enough. The waiters are all very friendly, very respectful, very helpful, very polite, and very honest. For the breakfast is very simple but quite full. very strategic location, close to the centrum, close to the station, close to the bus stop. car parking is also available.

The receptionist is not 24 hours, so it is quite a bit difficult if you come from abroad, and the cellphone battery is empty, it would difficult to contact when arrive.

The room was clean and the hotel is centrally located ( 10 minutes walk from the train station ). The personnel was friendly and open to help ( except one situation )

Before ariving at Esperanto I requested a parking spot for a couple of days. They told me that they added a note in my check in and I ll have the parking spot. When I got there they opened the gate and let me park, as the parking area was private. Next day I left the hotel and discussed with one of the receptionists. He told me that as long as I come before 11pm, I’ll have where to park. However, I got back around 10:30pm and the other receptionist told me that the parking area is full and there is no place to park. So I had to search for a public park, pay 16 euros and come back to the hotel by foot. It was not a nice experience. So if you wanna park there and want to come back later in the night, do a double check with the receptionist that you ll still have a parking spot.

Great welcoming from the staff who guided us not only through the hotel services but also with great advice on how to explore the city. The room was clean and had all the necessary equipment. You can walk to the city center easily, great position.

Great value for money. The service was really good, the staff very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The hotel has a great location. The area is very quiet and it takes about 12 minutes to walk to the harbour and the centre. We were very satisfied and our expectations were exceeded.

Olivier (owner) gives a very professional and warm welcome to his B&B. He takes a huge pride in making sure his guests are comfortable. I arrived a little earlier to the check-in time and I only had to wait for 10 min, in the mean time I was offered tea and Olivier made sure I was looked after. All the staff are very friendly! I will definitely stay again.

There is nothing I didn't like.
