We had a very good stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. The breakfast was good. The location is amazing – about a 15-minute walk to the city centre (note: it's uphill), but there's also a bus stop nearby. Bus line 2 takes you to the harbour, city centre, and train station for only €1.80 per ride. The room was quiet and comfortable – perfect for a relaxing stay, especially if you come to Cannes for a short stay to see the fireworks! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was simple, spacious and extremely clean. The hosts were so helpful and friendly they made our stay in Cannes more memorable. One guest was in a wheelchair and the room was fully equipped – plenty of space and an adapted bathroom. The hotel welcomed our little dog which was great. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Cannes!

Not much to say as we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre which is not far but it is on a hill so if you are in a wheelchair or are have a stroller you would need to go by car.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host before our arrival was excellent – very clear and friendly, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel has a lovely artsy design touch, both in the common areas and in the rooms, giving it a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality – definitely a great start to the day. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to the sea and the main promenade in the town center, which made exploring the area super convenient. Parking was also well arranged: there's a paid option right next to the hotel (€12/night), or you can find free spots nearby in the public white-striped zones. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, providing great tips and useful information about the area. Overall, a great experience – we would definitely recommend it!

The hotel was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk into Cannes city center. Parking was available upon our request and our room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is clean and although we didn't opt for breakfast, it looked like a great choice and many people seemed to be enjoying it. Our host was very kind, he laid out all the information we needed to know. We ended up staying one more night because the hotel was comfortable and in a great location.

Like most small boutique hotels, you can hear noise from other guests walking in the hallways, shutting/opening their doors, but it didn't bother us, just be prepared if this kind of thing bothers you.

The room, while a little small, was very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was excellent, especially given the very warm weather when we visited. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Marie-Anne. An excellent little hotel, I’d go back!

It is about 10 minutes from the main area for bars and restaurants in Cannes with a bit of a hill to walk up. But this does make it lovely and quiet in the evening and at night.

The staff were the highlight of our holiday! They were friendly and helpful always wanting to find ways to make our stay better. The rooms were simple but perfect for what we needed and absolutely spotless.

The property is slightly further away from the front than we might have liked but we were a group of girls wearing heels most of the time and it was easy enough to get taxis and only 20/25 minute walk to the front with less time to small shops and cafes.

The room is nice and clean, the hotel has a Very good position, close to the beach and other important turistic points; If we ever come back, we would be back at this hotel

They did not change the bedsheets not even once in our 7 days stay, and also they changed the towels only when we specially asked them for that. The bathroom door was a little bit problematic, It did not close until you push It, so anytime we closed the door at the bathroom, our neighbour kept knocking in our wall and screaming bad words in French😅not Very nice.

Very cute small hotel in a nice location with beautiful views. The most lovely host I’ve met, at the reception, very kind welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was arranged for us earlier because of an early flight and it was a great start to the day. Very comfortable bed, slept very well. Unfortunately we stayed only one night. The terrace was really nice and big and would have loved to spend more time there and enjoy it.

Very nice room with enough space for luggage and with a good infrastructure, like a small fridge with reasonably priced soda beverages. Nice patio, very functional and nicely decorated shower. Private parking behind the hotel. Very friendly staff. About a ten minute walk to Cannes city center and la croisette beach. Bus stop not even 1 min away.

Our air condition made some noise, independently of the setting. As the building is not new, you can hear other guests - but that did not bother us as it’s not home after all ;-)

We really loved Hotel Albert. It's located in a cute building with a charming little garden where one can get a breakfast in the morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The parking next to the hotel was very convenient. I thought the location was great, very close to the beach and the city center of Cannes.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are quite steep, especially if your room is located on the 2nd floor. We were travelling with a small child so that wasn't so convenient. The breakfast was ok but could be a bit better.
