AC works very well, the water pressure is perfect and the view is magnificent. The washing machine is huge advantage when you have beach holidays. And the location is very nice, we liked to go to the beach, which are to the right of the yacht parking. Also my recommendation for future stayers is Gelato Junkie not so far from apartment, very tasty ice cream))

There is no elevator and it was not mentioned, it's very crucial for 2 girls with big luggage. Also the code for keys was incorrect and we got it at last moment, we had to call to the office. And it's not clear where to throw the garbage away.

Excellent locarion close to beaches and shopping and hundreds of bars and restaurants within minutes. Very well equipped. Bed is comfy (for France), third floor apt has a small balcony. Washing machine available. Quiet when windows are closed. A/C both in bedroom and living room were quiet. Decent hairdryer.

It’s up three floors so not suitable for people with immobility issues. Wifi was schetchy at times, worked best in bedroom. To be able to sit on the sleeper sofa we had to take the rolled up bed mattrass out, otherwise the angle knocked you off 😅 we only had 1,5 rolls of toilet paper so had to buy more ourselves. Bring a cloth to wipe of kitchen counter! You have to sort and recirculate your own trash, put them in different bags and walk across the corner and street and dispose of them in various bins or you’d be fined. Created a bit of stress during early checkout.

Centrally located and very comfortable for our party of 3. The apartment could easily accommodate 4 adults. The bathroom was spacious. It was great to have a washing machine. It was an easy walk from the train station and easy to get around the area by foot. There was no lift but walking up the 49 steps wasn’t too bad, even for me carrying 2 suitcases. We enjoyed the beach, shopping and eating. We even took a day trip to Monaco.

We ran out of toilet paper, we only had 2 rolls and had to buy more. It wasn’t a big deal. The apartment was close to the grocery store, Monoprix. It would have been convenient to have some type of cleaning spray and paper towels but we made do without.

Perfect location in between train station and beach and in the middle of shopping. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you could need. We used the electric towel rack to dry clothes.

No elevator and very hard to take luggage up winding stairs. Lights go out if you don’t run up the steps quickly.

Perfect location, only 5 mins walking distance from Palais de Festival - ILTM Cannes event venue! The apartment is cleaned and comfy, nice shower and there’s also a sofa bed. The price range is also very good!! I highly recommend this place!

super clean and comfy, well located

it took some time to figure out how the lighting works and the standing lamp was either broken or too hard to figure out how to light. also there was a light cover missing on one of the bathroom lights. last thing- lots of paperwork and deposit to secure before arrival, a little bureaucratic and fussy. otherwise great.

Impressed that the lock was changed so we could get our own set of keys each. This was necessary for us to have our own keys and it took a minute for a solution to be found. But, we appreciated the effort.

Third floor no elevator. OK when you are in shape and the price was OK for that.

Beautiful and modern French aesthetics. Great location and very responsive hosts.

Just a minor issue getting the keys as the host provided an incorrect code, but quickly fixed the error.

Very new, very clean, good location, easy to check in. The square next to it is being renovated, make noise.
