Nice and cozy hotel in the center. I had a feeling like I am at home. Very kind and positive manager (owner), every question - he’s ready to answer and give an advice, also everyone in hotel were happy because there was Adam 🤍 , sweet friendly puppy 🐶 . When I remember it all I’m smiling. Thank you very much, hope to come back someday.

This is a very good place if you want a relatively cheap place to stay in a great location. The host is very kind. Breakfast is served in the hotel's lovely courtyard, next to the lemon tree.

The bed in the room creaked a lot. If you have a more fragile sleep, you may wake up from the sounds in the corridor, but you can't hear the street noise at all. Even if the quality of the room wasn't the best, it didn't ruin my experience here.

Very cute small hotel clean and good located ,ovner are very careful person making stay as good as possible,cleaning in room every day ,bathroom are big enough,for France and especially for south of France that price are as little as it can be for that kind of service! I will definitely back for this place !

Surprising quality for the money. Impeccably clean bedding and towels, decent french breakfast and amazingly friendly and efficient gentleman at the reception. Enough sockets, modern bathroom. Super central yet absolutely quiet location. All in all absolutely unprecedented value for money.

The hotel was in a good location, pretty central, but in a quiet area. Not far away from the train station as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English, which is not always the case in France. Loved the interior and style of the hotel. It also offered a good value for money.

I knew it while booking the property, but the room didn't have an AC, just a fan.

Host was extremely friendly and was very kind and allow me to check in earlier which was extremely useful and helpful. And also let me a towel for the beach which is very kind. Fantastic location really close to the beach and the town and had a very nice vibe about it.

LOVE THE BREAKFAST IN THE COURT YARD. EVERYTHING SERVED WAS FRESH AND NICE. THE BEDROOM LIGHT SYSTEM WAS VERY GOOD AND WE LOVE THE TALL WINDOWS IN THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. COMING IN AND OUT OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY EASY.

The location is very good, in the old town of Cannes, near Vieux Port and Croisette. The room I had was very comfortarble. Breakfast was beyond expectations.

It was all ok actually. Maybe the only thing not so ok was the broken front door, but they said it will be fixed in the next few days. Wi-Fi was quite weak but still going.

Perfect location. Amazing breakfast. Lovely host! Big room with good sized bathroom. Really good value for money!

It was hot in the room, having the windows open and fan on made it comfortable. But this led to mosquitos coming in, I got bitten quite badly. Bring mozzi spray and you’ll be fine! Worth the stay!
