We loved everything! Gerald is the nicest person, his place is lovely, clean, close to sandy beach and nice stroll to the town and with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, parking facilities, Aldi is few minutes walk and there is Carrefour not far away. We asked for tips and Gerald recommended fantastic bakery, outdoor market to get fresh produce and great places to see in Nice. Cannes old town is beautiful and we enjoyed the view from the castle at the sunset. Fantastic location, frequent trains to explore beautiful Cote d Azur, you can buy tickets on Trainline, we found it easier and at reasonable prices. Thank you so much Gerald, we can’t wait to come back!

This was our second visit to Residence Gameau and it was just as good as we remembered. The studio apartment is very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The delightful owner is on hand to help with any issues (we didn’t have any!) and kindly looked after our luggage on check out day so we could spend some more time in Cannes. It is an idea base to explore the area and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to this lovely part of France.

The host Gerald is the nicest guy ever and we loved it to stay at his place. The Hotel is just couple meters away from the sea, close to the old town with the Notre Dame and close to Downtown Cannes.

There is not really something to complain and we are sure it was not the last time we stayed at this place.

we stayed here for 6 nights and we loved every minute of the stay. Secure parking for your car, beach literally over the road, lots of restaurants and bars, train station maybe 20 minute walk and it’s only €26 for 2 adults and you can use it as many times as you want. we went to Nice and Monaco. The owner is very nice and friendly, the accommodation is very clean with everything you need. Differently will be back 😊😊😊😊 Thank you

The apartment exceeded expectations, the presence of all possible amenities in the room (kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning... everything you need for comfort), a private terrace, the ability to order parking in the neighboring area, the beach is 4- x minutes at least. It was great. I recommend!!!

Everything was exceptional. Safe Parking Space during our stay. Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds! The Owner was very kind and always reachable. We will definitely come back!

The location was perfect - 5min walk to the beach and 20min walk to the train station. We stayed in the studio apartment which had a single and double bed - so lots of room for us!

It was just perfect! The location, the space, the little terrace. And the owner is amazing.

Gerald was a great host , the apartment was very clean and spacious and came with an open kitchen , tv , ac and water boiler, the location is fantastic just 4 mins away by walking to the closest beach, there is a parking available at 12 euro a day for a car or motorcycle
