Location was gorgeous! Beautiful and quiet place, in the heart of old town The people in hotel were absolutely amazing. We had really a lot of questions relating to fishing, diving, etc, and we always received comprehensive, quick and extremely helpful responses from everyone. We were literally amazed by superior service we received in this hotel.

We did not have the breakfast. Loved the size of the room and the facilities. Alexander was impeccable with both arrival experience and help during the stay. The location was perfect for a nice short walk to our conference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cannes.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. The only negative was our Google maps misdirected us up many steep stairs instead of the direct route Alexander pointed out once we arrived.

Staff are really nice. Location, close to harbor. Many places to eat are very close. If you go to Cannes often and you know the place you know what I mean :)

I have already told the stuff that they need to change the internet provider(ISP) because the connection is not stable. It's not something directly related to staff, but the internet in France is not that good... Sorry...

This hotel is right in the middle of the beautiful historic centre of Cannes a few 100m from the castle tower, 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from great restaurants and the promenade. Jean Francois was probably the most efficient, polite and helpful proprietor I have ever encountered. The property was spotlessly clean, well appointed and perfect for our weekend away, We literally could not ask for more. We partficularly loved our breakfasts at Le Saint Antoine bakery - everything was to die for!

Simply a lovely accomodation in a fantastic location, in the heart of the old town and very close to the beach. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the apartment itself was large, beautiful and very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always there for you. Very fresh , good quality furniture , fully equipped room including washing machine. Location was wonderful.

Variable quality of WiFi.

Really nice location (close to everything). When it comes to parking, it's a lot of gymnastic to find a free spot in the neighborhood, but we managed to find one around 7 min walking from the hotel. Otherwise you would pay around 17 euros for 24h on the street closer to the hotel. About the place: it was exactly what we needed - microapartment with kitchen, washing machine etc (we were doing roadtrip since some time and needed to wash out clothes, receptionist gave us washing tablets for free). On receptionist - HE WAS THE BEST. Honestly, he was the highlight of this place - so firendly, helpful, enthusiastic - person dedicated to work and you could feel it. Some rooms are facing a stone wall as just next to the building is an old church, but it has its own charm - we actually liked it, but if you want to have some far view from the window you should probably chose something else.

The location was great. It was a very close walk to the public beach, the parts of old town that all tourists in Cannes were coming to take photos in, the highlighted outdoor market and places where you would want to be while in Cannes. You could basically leave your car once you arrive unless you go somewhere else.

We drove during our trip and ease of checking into the hotel via car could have been better, especially after a long drive. If you were driving a car in, it would have been better to be informed of the procedure to reach the hotel. There were restricted areas and navigating to the address via Waze or Google maps did not work. There were barriers that you need to call the security to lower and they don't speak English. Also parking is not onsite, so the area to park clearly highlighted before the stay should be provided to the guests.
