Location is great, you are right in the middle of Cannes Apartment is very modern, with AC across the entire apartment View is gorgeous and right across the beach - you cant go wrong with this place to be honest
Parking - after paying a premium to stay in such a place (and I highlight paying a premium) you get to find out that on top you have to pay 20EUR per day for the parking, not a very 5 stars treatment. Apartment - all the pics of apartments are on the first floor with view on the sea, but in reality there is only 1 one-bedroom apartment upstairs with a balcony. If you booked a 1 bedroom apartment, most likely you will be getting an apartment on the ground floor with a nice terrace (but not the stunning view shown in the pics on booking.com). Still I would recommend this place every day.

Perfect for our family of 7: three rooms plus a pull out couch. Great value for summer in Cannes. Couldn’t ask for a better location as it was immediately across the street from a public beach (so no need to pay high fees for private beach access). We had ocean views from our front window and a little patio out front with a table and chairs. All the windows had remote control screens that made rooms pitch black when we slept. There was a washing machine too, so we packed lighter in anticipation of washing (air dry outside), a spacious refrigerator and freezer, and a safe. We got a helpful tour of apartment and its functions by owners when we arrived. We also liked that it was also away from the crowds of central Cannes. We were about a 1/2 mile walk from all the restaurants. There was an amazing bakery and coffee shop right next door. Really couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Excellent location, tight on the beach and near a lot of restaurants. Outside the Cannes city centre but within walking distance; really nice during a busy time like the film festival. The rooms were large, modern and the living room part was comfortable and very usable. Great balcony and outdoor area.

great location, close to a lot of restaurants and literally right across the beach. very friendly hosts.
I felt there was something wrong with the drain in the bathroom, there was a stench that was coming which made it a bit uncomfortable.
