The location of the boutique hotel was convenient to Cannes Vieux Ville where one could find restaurants. The hotel was up a very steep and narrow city road with a tight parking lot at the top, but the staff made room for all the guests' cars. The grounds were attractive with greenery and a small pool, and a nice lobby sitting area. The staff people were pleasant and helpful for the most part. Our room was roomy with a nice toilet and shower. We never ate breakfast at the hotel, but we did enjoy some drinks in the lobby. We were reasonably satisfied with our six-night stay as a base for exploring the French Riviera.

The only time we got upset with the staff was on the day we were leaving at 7AM to get to the train in Nice, and we found no one at the desk. The door to get out was locked as well as the parking lot gate. The 7AM employee came 10 minutes late and we were frantic to get out by that time. We had thought it was staffed 24 hours. But all turned out well. Another suggestion is that we weren't aware that we would be up two flights of stairs with no elevator. (If it was mentioned at booking time, we didn't see it.) A staff person did carry our suitcases up and down for us, as we are seniors. Also, the old fashioned key for the room lock was hard to manipulate.

It was the perfect place for a get-away for my fiends and mine overdue celebrations of our 35th birthdays. The location was amazing and the hotel felt more like a home away from home. The terrace room was great for our group and we loved strolling through the markets and buying fresh fruits, croissants, cheese, wine and other delicacies to enjoy in the sun shine. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so at home.

The only downside from our end was that there wasn't a fridge in our room. If you are a light sleeper, it can get a little noisy from the bigger street close by.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Just outside the most busy part of the old town, still everything easily available within a few minutes walk. Some traffic noise, but nothing to worry about. Staff at hotel was friendly, effective and helpful. The pool area was nice. We would be happy to come back again later.

Description of rooms "oversold" a bit. Room 108 (sold as Superior Suite) was a quite regular room with a large king size bed pluss an extra bed (which we had no use for). Room 208 (sold as Superior Double Room) had a "double bed" that was just two single beds put next to each other. I often go for "upgrades" when staying at hotels, but this time I feel the words suite, double, and superiour was stretched and misused a bit. Also, neither of the rooms were "soundproof" in any way - quite opposite actually... Given the right price and expectations I could have said "great and fantastic", but this time I had deliberately paid extra for upgrades and therefore not so happy when I learned that both were quite reqular rooms.

Hotel le Suquet is located in the old part of Cannes with the enchanting restaurants and shops, so lovely to walk around. Cash point opposite the hotel too which was handy! The rooms are stylish and very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable we all had amazing nights sleep! The staff were amazing too! Nothing was too much trouble. Plus the hotel has a pool. Really lovely intimate hotel with sea views from some of our rooms. We all really enjoyed our stay ☺️

The hotel location is great: we are walking distance to the old Cannes, with restaurants and bars around the corner. The hotel restaurant is amazing, great service, food and atmosphere. The rooms are great, good size, beautifully decorated and very clean and modern. There is a facility to park your car which came very handy. The staff is really nice, helpful, always ready to help or answer questions. The breakfast food was great and a real plus. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again

It's a very nice and cozy little place. Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The view of a room with a terrace was astonishing. The pool was always clean and well-maintained. The room cleaning was pretty good. It was an amazing place to stay at the end of the season.

The hotel might require a few final touches in terms of building maintenance. The drain in the shower was pretty weak and it takes a couple of minutes to have hot water. An old air conditioner was fighting for its survival in the August heat.

The location is good, 5min to the Casino. The bed is confortable but short, we slept with the feet in the air. The staff is proactive.

The room wass the smallest in the hotel max.13-14sqm, no hair dryer and no heating in the small bathroom. I choosed the hotel for the location and the views in the pictures…I got a demisol backyard view. You must provide more pictures to let people see what they receive. We did not had hot or even warm water and we took a cold shower. They fixed the issue later. The breakfast was not a buffet, poor for 20€/pers, we had cheese omlette, coffe, water and a croissant). No fruits or juice or something else like an olive or a slice of ham. We parked the car on the street as the indoor parking lot is small, the cost is 25€ for 24hours. So too expensive for what they provide, Is not a 4star definetely, not the room we had.

Le Suquet is in a perfect location, arguably way nicer than being right on the beach. Suquet is a brilliant old part of Cannes and a phenomenal place to stay. The staff are exceptional especially Johnny and Paul. They have a new restaurant very near by where the food looks great and we had a glass of wine there every evening. Would definitely return when in Cannes

We had the basic double room and it was quite small, albeit very comfortable bed and super clean bathroom. Would suggest sizing up a room if you can afford to.

It was OK, but situated rather up in the hill and no view to the sea even we expected that from the pictures.

The pictures are a bit different that in real life.also the hor water was away one day which made the stay uncomfortable and there was a weird technical smell downstairs during the day. Also the biger coach for the living room area would be better to make all the visitors be seated in the room.
