Quiet, clean rooms.

The hotel ran out of water for the first two days there you couldn’t purchase bottled water. It was very difficult not to have access to water in such a hot climate and with a busy schedule. Hôtel is located in a nice street but to get to the Palais, shops and points of interest you have to cross a very chaotic 8 lane highway that merges with several other roads. At one point an insane man tried to punch me in the face in broad daylight at the crossing completly out of nowhere. I didn’t feel safe alone as a woman walking around the area. I recommend taking cabs or Ubers to this hotel or having someone company you when walking.

You were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel, given that it is a Staybridge. I don't typically stay at these hotels in the states, but this location is so nice. It was extremely convenient to walk to the beaches and beach clubs from the hotel, and the staff was really nice. The room was really big and Apartment style, which is really nice to have. It had a full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and even dish soap, and a towel. This was perfect because I was staying with two other people in the same room and it was extremely spacious for all of us. We also really enjoyed the breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Also, we loved our balcony, it had a great view. Overall, this property was a great experience and great great deal for the price.

The only downside of our stay was that there was a leak from the shower, causing water to leak from the shower into the room. They probably need to call a plumber to fix this issue, during our day, we had to ask for a lot of extra towels to mop up the excess water. Other than this, we really enjoyed our day.

We stayed at Staybridge hotel for a week and had an incredible experience. The hotel's perfect location, nestled in a quiet side street yet close to beaches, major attractions and shopping, made it an ideal retreat. The well-appointed room, complete with a practical mini kitchen and a relaxing balcony, added to the comfort. The very clean and beautifully designed hotel, with its harmonious colors and lovely fragrance, provided a serene atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and lovely indoor and outdoor seating. Train station is a few minutes away. Free parking is also available. Special thanks to Mr. Othman, Mr. Osmany, Mrs. Lea, Kevin, and the Room Service team for their exceptional service, which made ours stay truly memorable. We will definitely come back!

We loved everything about this hotel.

Loved staying here, the staff are amazing, fantastic breakfast, incredibly pet friendly, spotless, great rooms and so the list goes on.

Would have been great with a pool and sunlounger area.

This is overall a brilliant hotel - it's incredibly clean, comfortable and the staff are very attentive. The breakfast also is great, and it's less than 10 mins walk to get to the city centre. I was very impressed by it overall! The wifi is fast and good for working, and they have a large lounge area downstairs with tables that are also suitable for working if you wish.

Two things that explained the relatively reasonable cost of the hotel rooms: 1. In order to get to the city centre, you have to go over a motorway-style road that's busy and polluted and not pleasant. The location is less than 10 mins away from the centre, so it is very central, however it's a pain having to traverse this road every day, mostly due to the pollution. However once you're at the hotel the air quality is quite clean. 2. The gym is tiny, it basically only has one treadmill and some very light weights, I'd hesitate to call it a gym. So depending on your wants and needs, this may or may not be a dealbreaker.

The property is the best vacation home you could imagine. The location is great for this price category, 7 mins walk to the festival palace and beach/port. Everything was so perfectly managed. Moderne decoration, spacious space, attentive and helpful staff. I would highly recommend the room with a terrace. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of selections, the coffee was good, it offers an exotic feeling in the restaurant area. Some useful information for travelers: they charge parking for €20, pet for €20 per night. The laundry is self serviced and free, only the wash tab costs €1.

Nothing. They had some repair work during our stay but was not affecting us.

Arrived by car so parking is always paramount for us, the garage was big enough for the cars and not too tight like some other places we visited. Staff upgraded us. Room was perfect. Loved the balcony (two chairs and small table, two loungers) Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Location was fabulous and within walking distance to the beach front, bars, restaurants, designer shops and more. Breakfast was great. Had everything you could want. Hot chocolate was tasty and we loved the little tea bags where you fill your own with whatever flavour tea you wanted. What a novel idea

A swanky new hotel in a very good location. Stylish design, lovely friendly staff. Very good Wi-Fi. Lovely room, comfortable bed and pillows, mini-kitchen which is equipped with everything you need, there is a mini fridge, kettle, microwave, all the necessary utensils. Tea, coffee. You can't cook on it because there is no stove, but this was not a problem for me. Everything is new, in excellent condition, and crystal clear. Very nice bathroom, there is a heated towel rail, hair dryer, good quality cosmetics. Everything is perfect!

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The variety was top notch (many breakfast options, meat, potatoes, sausages, vegetables, pancakes, many varieties of tea). But the food was very bland (I think at least a little salt should be added in the cooking process, otherwise the food loses flavor), the chicken was dried out, by 10 am pancakes were no longer cut with a knife and finally dried up.
