Our stay at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes was a spontaneous booking due to a last-minute change of plans. We had no particular expectations of the hotel or its staff. This made our arrival at the hotel all the more surprising, as we were greeted with a remarkably courteous, friendly and helpful service. The staff immediately took care of our car and luggage and we checked in with a drink in the lounge. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and, although facing the street, it was quiet enough to sleep with a window open at night. The service in the hotel, from breakfast to reception, concierge and restaurant staff was unobtrusive, professional, courteous, attentive and always friendly and helpful. We have not often enjoyed this type of service in the past. Location, facilities, food and beverage are all important, but first-class staff always make the difference. This is certainly the case at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes. The Spa (staff were awful, inflexible, poor value for money), lack of wardrobe hanging space in the room (minute for size of room and family of three), more water required in room daily, no sink in toilet to wash hands, toilet at other end of room from shower room where sink is, shower room door is like a sliding garage door, so noisy when opening and closing.

For our first trip to Cannes, Five Seas was the perfect place for us. Great location, fantastic food and an incredible room, we absolutely loved our stay with our two young kids.

Everything was perfect. We got engaged at the hotel and had the most amazing weekend! The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and added to the whole experience. We will be back!

We were upgraded to the executive room which is so spacious. Small plush toy gifted to my daughter and a perfume for myself. Scent of hotel lovely. Mini bar is included and both mini bar and bathroom items are replenished daily. Loved their unique red slippers, a small size provided for my daughter along with a child size robe. Location is close enough to the train station, middle of shopping and short walk to the beach. Concierge was helpful in reserving us into any restaurant of our choice. Small water bottles were provided when we left for the day. Staff did wonderful job of anticipating and attending to our needs. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night!

The pool was very chilly, but that didn't stop anyone, just a heart attack shock as one submerged. No sweets at turndown service. Any extra coffee pods (provided 2 caffeinated) are charged at 4 euros until replenished during cleaning.

The service and feeling given to the customer gives a remarkable experience full of attentiveness, courtesy, with a smile and care. The hotel, the luxurious spa room, everything is perfect, accurate in design, style, cleanliness, order. The hotel staff is kind, helpful in every issue and every question. The food was perfect and the service was kind and excellent. The room was large, spacious and with every piece you need. The hotel pool is generous, fun and the atmosphere is great.

Super clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to all shopping, restaurants and the beach. The rooftop restaurant is also amazing. Best hotel out of all the places we stayed in compared to Paris, Aix, Saint Tropez, and Nice. I came with friends but will return with my family.

My experience with the beach La Festival (parter with Five Seas) was not good in both people and services!!

Amazing location, friendly staff, pool, good breakfast.

A little bit dated but very clean.

Breakfast offered a good selection of dishes and the rooftop location provided stunning views of Le Suquet and the whole of Cannes. Our room on the 4th floor looked out onto the church Notre Dame de Bonne Voyage and was a beautiful view to wake up to and our balcony provided a more panoramic view over the town. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Great bed!
