PLM Hotel is OUTSTANTING on ALL levels. Although it’s a 2-star Hotel the accommodation , the great variety of services are beyond expectations. The Hotel Staff : “ IGAL” ( Director) and “Anastasia” are VERY professional, extremely helpful , cary, welcoming , and in addition generous ! They did EVERYTHING to let you feel comfortable and indeed I felt home ! The cleaning ladies are very good , special praise for “Sabrina “ who was responsible of cleaning my room . She is super clean, very efficient , meticulous, and ( unlike a previous bad experience I had in Sardaigna) she provided soaps, shampoo etc. 2. Location and Facilities the hotel has great location in the Centre boosting with nice cafés and restaurants and very close to the Croisette and the beach . what is very nice for a 2 star hotel is their classy policy allowing residents to to enjoy all sorts of coffee and tea , water throughout the day in the cute small dining room . I cannot say enough how good is this hotel ! Highly Recommended

Great value for the money. Clean room and bathroom, air conditioner working well, polite staff, excellent location 2 mins walk from train station and 5-6 mins walk from the sea. When booking it consider it is not a 5-star hotel (rooms are maybe closer to student dormitory than luxury hotel), but it has everything you need -comfy beds, air condition, hair dryer, clean and spacious bath, even a small working desk. There is elevator, also a breakfast option.

Very good location, Good wifi. Good enough breakfast, rare thing they do have, at breakfast, a coffee that you enjoy drinking it. Very clean. Pleasant and helpfull staff.

Beds can do with better matresses. Very noisy streets, with not good enough soundproof windows. At 6 am, if you, by mistake, left the window open, you are doomed. A mini fridge is needed in the room.

The host is very nice, very available and he provided valuable insights. The hotel is in a perfect location very close to restaurants, train station and close to Cannes old city center. The hotel has a very nice decoration, light soft and warm. Very comfortable. I will definitely come back!

Sometimes a little noisy in the morning with the waste sorting (it is city centre after all that’s normal)

Fantastic location, close to station and easy walk to beaches and shops. Very friendly hosts, good breakfast.

Carpets in the room were old and not in good condition. When I arrived there was an unpleasant smell of stale smoke in the room which took a day or so of ventilation to remove. Room was tiny and price expensive but this is Cannes I suppose…

Room was renovated and cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable. Small but cozy.

It was very noisy outside. There was no hanging for a towel next to the sink, which was in the room.

Simple and basic hotel. Very comfortable beds. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good shower. We only used the hotel as a base and had breakfast elsewhere although it was available. Good value for money for the excellent central location. I would stay again.

The air conditioning did work, but you had to climb on a chair to turn it on. Would be good to get this properly fixed.

Very clean. Personell nice and helpful. Despite in a small room it was well planned with swithches, sockets, table and chair etc, window at two sides. The bathroom was spacious and very nice. Impession that it was fire safe with heavy doors and divisions which feels good if you are at the 6th floor.

For the last floor only stairs but thats a minor aspect

I booked a room with one bed. It is in a very good location. Nice staff. The place was clean. Great choice for a couple of nights.

Sometimes it can be noisy, the street; and the other residents inside. If that bothers anyone, think again. There was an unpleasant smell coming from somewhere in the room; maybe a sewer; but I couldn't figure out where. The duvet was stained, which was not very reassuring; but there was a completely clean sheet, so I used that.

Really great location!! Literately get off at the train stop and a 2min walk, which was so nice! Very central to all food and shopping, and only 5min walk to the beach! Very happy! Clean and bright room!

Room slightly smaller than in the photos, but was fine for us two. There was construction happening right next to our room in the hotel which started early each day so we would’ve liked to have known that beforehand.
