I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barrière Le Gray d'Albion Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience that went beyond my expectations! Upon discovering that the AC in our room wasn't cool enough, I reached out to the hotel staff. To my surprise, the response was prompt and incredibly courteous. The manager himself, Mr. Pascal, personally attended to the issue and went above and beyond by upgrading me to a wonderful suite, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. The suite was splendid, with all the luxuries one could ask for, and the swift, caring response truly made us feel valued. This gesture wasn’t just about solving a room issue; it was a testament to the Barrière Le Gray d'Albion hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the genuine gentleman Mr. Pascal and his wonderful colleague Ms. Amira, and to all the dedicated staff at the hotel. It’s clear that this establishment cares deeply about its guests and prioritizes their comfort over profit. I am genuinely impressed by the management’s ethos and the team’s genuine kindness. I liked how the location of the hotel is very central so I enjoyed my stay

The staff were superb on reception , in the breakfast room and at the door of the hotel.

There are issues regarding the price charged by Booking.com that I shall be looking at legally when I return to the UK next week. The room booking also was not as described on the booking and confirmed by Booking com, I have taken photos . My wife and I are returning from a 14 night driving round trip of France and we used booking.com for our hotel reservations. The overcharging at one hotel by Booking .com was to say the least excessive and if not resolved I shall make public.

Central location, only a few minutes walk from the Gare de Cannes and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful breakfast room, which opened into a leafy terrace. Quality food with a great range of cold and hot options. The bread was superb and the hot drinks were high quality. From the front desk, Concierge, Bartenders everyone made us feel welcome.

No restaurant facilities at night which was a shame, however there was a plentiful supply of eating outlets all within a short walk from the hotel.

I love the location of the hotel, and also the decor is so chic. My suite has amazing view of Le croisette and Mediterranean Sea.

My suite has separated toilet with the bathroom. The buffet in the breakfast area is not included with the custom omelette, you have to pay extra for the egg white Omelette. And it took so long for guest service / room service to pick up the phone.

Good breakfast, but very expensive. Good quality room

Deposit of 400 euros for 2 days was far too excessive. And 2 days after leaving the hotel I have still not yet received the deposit money back, even though I had no extra charges etc. Breakfast was also far too expensive.

Good price value ratio. Rooms offer all what is needed and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great with a big choice and good quality products. The hotel is located very central in Cannes. Big compliment to the Concierge Florian, he gives the hotel a soul and we appreciated his hospitality.

Strange that there are no stairs that you can use to get to the rooms. Only possible with the elevators. The gym could be bigger and nicer for such a big hotel.

It was a great stay. we were there to celebrate our anniversary and the Hotel staff was so nice to us. We even received a nice upgrade. The room was decorated with balloons! :) we really enjoyed the welcome we received form this great establishment :) we advise it to everyone!
