I liked the location, close to everything. Very nice people working there. Rooms are big modern and clean. Breakfast is great.

40€ a day for parking. I don't know why they have the deposit.

Cleaning service needs improvment.I had to call 3 times to reception because the cleaning lady "forgot " to put shower gel,hair conditioner,slippers. The main elevator broke every 3 days. Parking in front of hotel should be allowed equally for everybody not regarding what car you drive.The parking boy came right away to tell me I am not allowed to stay more than 15 minutes in front of hotel to drop the luggages but a Ferrari stationed there for 3 days.Maybe the ferrari shows the hotel should be fancy.Who knows ? Just discrimination in my opinion.

Stylishly decorated hotel in a great location in a quiet street a few minutes walk from La Croisette. Very peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Spacious family room for 4 of us Breakfast was great, even though it seems expensive but it offered good choices including local produce, in a nice relaxed location. Breakfast in Cannes will be expensive in most places I imagine! Outdoor pool area was small but relaxing and nicely decorated, however beware of biting insects near the plants, even in daytime - I forgot to apply repellent and was bitten a few times I’d happily stay here if I visit Cannes again

Nothing to dislike apart from the unfortunate episode of bites by the pool but that could be remedied by wearing repellent

Breakfasts are excellent. There is a choice of hot dishes, as well as a bar with yogurts and granola. Lots of baked goods. Food for all tastes. Great location, quiet area. Restaurants are a ten-minute walk away. The beach is a two-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The room is not hot in summer and the air conditioning works well.

The price for parking is high, but you can always park for free on the street. The pool is small, but if you only swim in the sea, then this is not a minus.

Great for family, very nice ambiance, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was not bad. Especially liked the DIY egg boiler thingy. Proper 4-star hotel. They exhibit a much higher degree of professionalism here than some of their direct competition.

The only tiny thing I'd begrudge was having to pay for my 15-month-old's breakfast, given the difference between what he consumes by his wee self and what, say, a 10-year-old consumes. BUT, that was more than compensated for by lots of generosity and courtesy in other respects.

Very nice staff. Location is good. Breakfast was good. The detox water dispenser available at the bar for free!

Our initial room didn’t have a working AC. But thanks to the staffs immediate response, they have helped accommodate us to another room with the same initial requirements(close to our family rooms and same floor and area).

Everything, location is perfect, staff was so friendly! room was very good and quiet. breakfast is amazing, everything is fresh made, local bakery produce, fresh fruit, honey, very good indeed. Would return to this hotel again and recommend it.

Parking is very expensive but just drive around the surrounding streets (even the one where the hotel is located) and you can get free parking there. I could get it every day. Pool area could be better, but it served the purpose.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. Staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful from reception to cleaners to breakfast. Loved the balcony and the pool / gym facilities. Plenty of space to sunbathe and relax.

Could be more healthy breakfast options such as salmon, avocado etc

Great location, swimming pool and patio area was much nicer than the photos suggest and was very much appreciated in such hot weather. Staff were attentive and rooms a good size. We really enjoyed our stay.

No kettle in the rooms but one was provided when requested. The wifi keeps dropping which was frustrating. Bed was comfortable and big but some better quality pillows would have been nice.

The breakfast was very good and the staff specially serving the breakfast was very polite and nice. The location is perfect for those who want to simply relax, its not far from the beach however quite far from the main restaurantes of the city. During the first day we had a room with sewage problems, the bathroom needed renovation and was terribly stinky however the hotel was nice enough and changed the room upon our request given us an upgrated room. Also the rooms are not soundproof and sometimes you can hear the noisy neighbours but generally it was a quite place. Generally we enjoyed our 4 nights stay.
