Lovely hotel with very friendly & efficient staff. Close to the beach club, which was a good job, as we were told on arrival that neither the pool or sun terrace were in use, due to them being refurbished!

We travelled in a group of 3 friends and the junior suite exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage space. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had great amenieties. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar were a really nice touch. We also loved the beach club - great food, drinks and nice vibe. But most of all we appreciated the super friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Amalia who recommended nice trips around the city!

It was a little stuffy around the reception area but we were there in low season so maybe AC was still off. Otherwise no comments.

Garden view rooms were quiet and clean. The Italian lady at the front desk who helped me extend one night/change rooms made my stay. Had I not interacted with her, my review would be less than. She was a pleasure to deal with, and even helped me book some reservations and recommended beach clubs.

Rooms facing the street were quite noisy because of the 3am deliveries of the laundry for the hotel. There was also street construction at the time of my stay, but because of the weekend we didn’t hear it. But the laundry delivery woke me up at 3am (after arriving at 1am for check in). When I advised the morning receptionist, she didn’t seem to care. Didn’t offer to help me change rooms or offer compensation or even a coffee… for 600$+ per night, I expected a bit more. The beach club was okay… food wasn’t very good.

It’s very modern & clean, with everything you need. All of the staff are VERY friendly, and most welcoming too. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Cannes, and staff can be very unfriendly! The breakfast is great, and I had a delicious omelette made every morning. Snacks in the bar were good too. All in all, a really lovely stay this weekend, despite the rain on Sunday - but we were even offered umbrellas!

The only thing I didn’t like was hearing the dustbins being emptied very loudly on Rue Canada - waking me up at the crack of dawn each day! Oh, and I don’t like the brown recycled toilet paper. White is the best colour.

Great location and modern, recently reconstructed facility. Next to Carlton block on the Corso. Very nice staff at rec and at breakfast facility. Very modern and "clean" furnishing of rooms. Fitness room open 24/7, good. Very caring and friendly security at entrance.

Breakfast is poor in choice and quality. You get no veggies exc few baby tomatoes, scram eggs not nice like plastics. You cannot order fresh eggs. Coffee v poor. Choice of bread and buns poor. Shower leaks, the skirt above bathtub doesnt work, it leaks everywhere. I had to dry all bathroom floor to save room top floor layer from dwelling. Beach beds expensive and packed one on other.

The decor was very chic , bedrooms spacious and good amenities , Netflix a bonus. Beach club was great and the restaurant there

Not restaurant except breakfast , pool tiny , check in took ages and our friends had to change rooms as no single beds that they had requested and building works across the road . Beach club was about 500m walk not 125 they claimed .

I had emailed with the staff to reserve beach chairs and when we arrived we were told it was sold out and out in a waiting list but never were able to be on their beach the whole stay. This was very disappointing.

It was a wonderful hotel for our one night stay. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt very welcome. Amalia in the front desk was very professional and helpful. We arrived very early due to our flight and she organized that our luggage was taken to our rooms as soon as the rooms were ready. Big thanks to the kind and helpful young man who helped to carry our huge amount of luggage and parked our car:) We headed to the beach club this hotel has which is about 3 minutes walk from this hotel and we were warmly welcomed there. Also very good service and food was excellent. We were travelling with two small lap dogs and felt very welcomed with them. Small bowls are provided in the rooms for your pet, lovely:) Amalia gave us very good recommendations concerning our stay. Overall, wonderful stay, polite and attentive staff which makes guests feel very welcome, very good beds and clean and spacious rooms. We would definitely stay again, even for a longer period. Very good location, hotel is tucked away from the bustle of the Croisette, but it is only few steps away, if one wants to enjoy it.
