The location of this hotel is amazing! It is central to Cannes centre, with lots of bars, restaurants and the beach all within a 15 minute walk away. The rooms were comfortable, with great space outside to chill and get ready - we had a triple room and 2x double rooms. Bathrooms were clean. It was nice to be able to pop downstairs and grab a wee coffee or tea in the morning, this just got charged to the room and you pay on exit. Breakfast options were nice as well if you were wanting something easy before heading out for the day, but equally there is a greatttt bagel cafe right on the corner where the hotel is.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When my phone screen broke, the gentleman at the front desk took the time to find two shops where I could get it fixed. Additionally, the other ladies at the front desk and the cleaning staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and just as helpful. As for the location, it's unbeatable—right in the center of everything. I didn’t find the rooms small at all; in fact, I had a lovely balcony with a view of palm trees. There was also no noise from outside, which made for a peaceful stay. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Perfect.

Honestly, nothing. Well, the breakfast I have not tried, because it was too expensive (15 Euros I think). But it's never a priority anyway..

A charming hotel, if a little down at heel. Well situated for beach front, marina, main shopping and eating areas. Multi-story underground car park close by. Convenient, but a little pricey at €30. Good balcony view over attractive square with palm and other trees. Breakfast reasonable, if not exceptional.

Some areas of decor in need of refreshment. We had a loose door handle to the bathroom and there were some cracked floor tiles on the approach to reception. Typically French firm mattress.

The property was very secure and quiet. It’s so lovely and tucked away from the noise of the town. The layout is lovely and cozy. Our room was exceptionally beautiful! Our patio was so large and private. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The only downside of the room was the absence of a mini fridge. It would have been nice to keep our drinks and snacks cold during the summer heat. Otherwise, everything was perfect! :)

Elevator was very small Bathroom had mold and it was divided in 2. Toilet was in a room, while the shower and sink were in the other. I can't understand how it was a good idea to have a toilet in a room and for hand washing walk the room to get to the sink There is no parking available and the parking in cannes is expensive.

The Room was lovely with the Balcony facing the garden. We enjoyed at night the lovely piecefull music from next door restarurant untill 9 PM when sitting on our balcony. The staff was so friendly, the beds a nice big size, so very very nice, we will be back.

If I have to say anything I would have loved som fresh fruit for breakfast, think it was from a tin. Otherwise the breakfast was very nice

Very convenient location. Really helpful staff and very friendly (especially Claude who prepared my pot of tea each evening!) Easy walking distance from rail station as well as to the beach and main shopping area. Lots of restaurants nearby Bright airy feel and good breakfast in really pleasant dining area.

the location was very central, close to shops beach and restaurants and very easy to get around. The Hotel was very efficiently run by a team of very pleasant and helpful staff. and the breakfast was plentiful and varied to suit all tastes.

The bed mattress was a little too hard for my comfort.

A charming boutique hotel, perfectly located two blocks from the sea and one block from the main shopping street. There is a charming and very stylish garden to sit in, a shaded and peaceful retreat. The Classic room is small and the bathroom is tiny but the balcony is a big bonus, with a quiet, leafy view. The buffet breakfast is lovely, if limited but there is a breakfast cafe literally next door to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.
