We had a room on the 6th floor and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was largely continental but beautifully presented and served. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is an easy walk from the railway station and just behind the Croisette, the main beach in Cannes. We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family and have already done so.

Understandably - it is a small hotel - there is only one lift and a tight squeeze for more than 2 people. At busy times there can therefore be a bit of a wait for the lift to arrive but certainly NOT a major inconvenience.

Lovely boutique hotel. We got upgraded to the room with terrace on arrival. The staff is very friendly, great breakfast on the lovely patio. Hotel surrounded by lush greenery. Few blocks from the beach. The rooms are very nice, small but enough for two people. Cleaning service is great. The main shopping street around the corner. Tons of restaurants in the area. About 10 min walk from train station. For the beach we used Rado beach club one day which was kind of expensive but the other day we booked Le Bentieer beach club which is on the other side of town, about 20 min walk, but it was much cheaper, amazing food and great service. We loved our stay and will recommend to everyone !

I never thought I would fall in love with a 3 star hotel . This hotel was amazing in everything 😍 All the staff are super nice and friendly and they greet you in the best way possible everyday 🥰 The location is super Great ( just 2 min walk to La Croissette and the beaches and luxury shopping and just on the corner is Rue d’Antibes with all the shopping and cafes). The room I was in had the garden balcony view which was the cherry on top. The housekeeper is amazing and the room is always super clean. The bed is so comfortable that i had the best sleep. Will definitely stay here next time i am in Cannes♥️

i loved the old school charm, the customer service, the piano in the lobby the music at night in the garden the people at front desk, to housekeeping to people at bar were always friendly and smiling an inviting place, that knows how to treat the customer well and keep things simple Upon check out i was presented with an invoice and the woman at desk went over it in detail i stay at hotels all over the world, so many places no longer do this.. or they just give you the bill great location someone is there 24 hours old school key and not a key code as you walk in and out of the property the person at the desk actually says have a good evening or hello most places just stare at their computers these days such an enjoyable place

that they were closing for hte season and i could not extend my stay =)

This hotel was beyond my expectations. It felt like home thanks to the team. I stayed as a solo traveler during my bday. The team made my day by making the room so festival! Very welcoming, nice, cozy. The rooms are clean and have enough storage place for all your belongings. The location is extremely good. The hotel gives good recommendations on restaurants and cafes. Definitely recommend for your stay!

The Hotel de Provence was exceptional. Being right in the centre the location was close to all the areas of Cannes that we wanted to visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A complementary glass of wine was offered in the evening which was the produce of the family vineyard. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Cannes.

Perfect location in Cannes, close to everything, to the beach as well as the shopping streets, nice room and quite spacious too, very clean, hotel staff lovely, great service and hospitality, good breakfast, all for a wonderful stay! Will absolutely be back for another stay on the French Riviera!

Funny smell in the room at times, but quickly gone with window open, also a bit of noise from the street, however I usually use earplugs for sleep, so didn't bother me much.

The hotel was fabulous. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed.They upgraded our reservation, so we had a balcony. The staff was really helpful. We were sad that we could not stay longer. If we travel to Cannes again we will stay here. I recommend this hotel to everyone. We could have a breakfast too in the morniing and we could left there our luggages till our train departed. It was a really nice stay. :)

The balcony is second to none. You get to view a greenish front. Excellent to spend time there especially at sunset time. The location is also decent, pretty close to the main street. Spotless cleanliness.

The room size is a bit small. The elevator can only accommodate 2 people a time so during breakfast and checkout time, it will take forever to go up and down.

From the moment we arrived experienced a very personal touch. Reception staff were amazing and helpful. Even the owner took time out to speak and ensure all was as we wanted. Excellent location near the beach shops busy restaurant etc. compact rooms but plenty of storage space and terrace with view is a great place to sit and relax. Overall highly recommended
