Location is great! Very close to the train station Cannes and to the city center and everything worth sightseeing. They offered coffee and water in the room, AC and a large TV.

We were on the 3rd floor and unfortunately the lift only goes until the second floor. If you have a small lugaggue this is ok. But we are traveling with medium/large suitcases and these are heavy. It was very hard to bring the luggage upstairs and down for check out. I don't recommend this if you have any back or legs problems or are travelling with seniors like it was in my case. Also there was not a door separating the bathroom itself from the bedroom. Only a curtain. (But toilet of course has a door). The bathroom mirror has a light that it is awesome for makeup, but unfortunately, it creates a lot of light during the night (even when turned off).

I had to book a room her extremely last minute due to other accommodation falling through on the day I got to Cannes. The team were extremely helpful in getting me access to my room within an hour of booking, and making sure I had somewhere to stay my first night in Cannes. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a stay, and the decor felt modern and fairly new. The location was perfect as I was attending a conference at the Palais, so it was a very quick walk; and the location had plenty of food and drink options around to access.

The shower set up has it completely open to the bathroom and was situation between the sink and toilet which made it a bit difficult to navigate while the floor was still wet. Otherwise no issues with the room or stay

The hotel made a good impression great location, everything was clean, the room was cozy, and the reception staff was polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, after housekeeping cleaned my room, my vape went missing. I can’t be 100% sure, but I suspect it was taken during the cleaning. This incident really affected my overall experience.

Newly renovated and very modern and clean now! (Most bad reviews are from before the renovation!) Superb location! Great value in such an expensive city! Had a fridge in the room which was Great for cooling water.

Elevator old and small and a little scary but stairs work fine! No sound proofing so if you're unlucky with your neighbour it will be noisy, but ours were only loud in the day and silent in the evening luckily!

Tidy and clean hotel room. The hotel is located in the very centre of Cannes, just a minute away from the train station. The photos accurately represent the interior. The staff have been very helpful by letting us check in a couple of hours earlier, as the room was ready.

The Cotes d’Azur and especially Cannes prices are a little higher than usual. The AC unit was pretty old and required some patience, but worked alright. Can’t complain really.

Very close to the train station and the beach. The place was very well located. You could easily reach the main tourist spots from there, and also find many places nearby for breakfast and lunch.

Good place to spend a couple of days. It has everything necessary for a couple of days, including a small fridge with a complimentary bottle of water.

Good value for money, it is close to the center, the staff is responsive, the room is clean and has an AC and a minibar. We would probably come back next time.

The AC is a bit smelly, but otherwise everything was fine. The room is a bit small, but this is not really a fault, as we knew this in advance.

Location, price, service I was lucky and I booked at last minute as I needed to extend the trip by 1 day. Sabine was great I was able to leave my luggage and then come back in the evening. The room was small but had everything I needed including a small fridge kettle coffee etc

Hotel is in a great central location. I was able to store my bicycle securely. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the cafe next door. USB chargers by the bed, as well as a small fridge.

There was a bit of noise from the street, but this didn’t bother me much.

The AC in the room was way too strong and blowing right up the bed. We couldn't set it up to be more mild, so my friend had to move the mattress to the floor for her not to get sick lol
