I had to book a room her extremely last minute due to other accommodation falling through on the day I got to Cannes. The team were extremely helpful in getting me access to my room within an hour of booking, and making sure I had somewhere to stay my first night in Cannes. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a stay, and the decor felt modern and fairly new. The location was perfect as I was attending a conference at the Palais, so it was a very quick walk; and the location had plenty of food and drink options around to access.

The shower set up has it completely open to the bathroom and was situation between the sink and toilet which made it a bit difficult to navigate while the floor was still wet. Otherwise no issues with the room or stay

Newly renovated and very modern and clean now! (Most bad reviews are from before the renovation!) Superb location! Great value in such an expensive city! Had a fridge in the room which was Great for cooling water.

Elevator old and small and a little scary but stairs work fine! No sound proofing so if you're unlucky with your neighbour it will be noisy, but ours were only loud in the day and silent in the evening luckily!

Tidy and clean hotel room. The hotel is located in the very centre of Cannes, just a minute away from the train station. The photos accurately represent the interior. The staff have been very helpful by letting us check in a couple of hours earlier, as the room was ready.

The Cotes d’Azur and especially Cannes prices are a little higher than usual. The AC unit was pretty old and required some patience, but worked alright. Can’t complain really.

Very close to the train station and the beach. The place was very well located. You could easily reach the main tourist spots from there, and also find many places nearby for breakfast and lunch.

Good place to spend a couple of days. It has everything necessary for a couple of days, including a small fridge with a complimentary bottle of water.

Good value for money, it is close to the center, the staff is responsive, the room is clean and has an AC and a minibar. We would probably come back next time.

The AC is a bit smelly, but otherwise everything was fine. The room is a bit small, but this is not really a fault, as we knew this in advance.

The AC in the room was way too strong and blowing right up the bed. We couldn't set it up to be more mild, so my friend had to move the mattress to the floor for her not to get sick lol

Great location , close to everything. Very comfortable bed. Kettle , fridge and a good hairdryer in the room. Very quiet and very nice staff . Nice and helpful cleaning lady.

Smell of sewage in the room 😕 it didn't go away even after cleaning.

The hotel boasts an ideal location! Situated in the heart of Cannes, you can easily reach all destinations on foot. The staff is friendly. Compact yet cozy room.

Ascending to the second floor with a heavy suitcase proved challenging as the elevator was out of order.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for train, shops, bars, beach. Everything is in walking distance.

My room, although comfortable and beautifully furnished, was in the roof top and accessed by stairs which were sometimes blocked by a corridor door.

Paloma is super friendly and the location is perfect.

The breakfast is very simple for the price. The drain in the shower smells really bad specially when you turn the shower on. Should drop some cleaning product in there. I was in my room at 5pm and people knocked in my door to clean up my windows. Who clean up windows in this time of the afternoon. Totally unpleasant.
