Room great. Location great. Staff fantastic - service very very good. Concierge and Reception went over and above to support.

The pool was full of 15 kids every day that I stayed there. There were not enough lounges. or seats in the pool area. So I was deterred from even using the pool. I would recommend that they have a Adults only times lots for the pool and Kids only time slots. Because it is not fair when there are 15 kids in the pool- no adult without a child wants to get in there.

Another amazing stay. Top quality of the hotel and service. Beautiful breakfast. Nice gym. Amazing beach club. Offers everything you can wish for and also compared to other LHW in spring and autumn offers a fair price-value-ratio. We for sure come back :-)

The team at the freshly renovated beach club made the impression that they also just stated into the season and still need a bit of improvements with their processes. Reservation of sun beds didn't really work and different people gave different answer when and where reservations for sun beds should be made (concierge vs. directly at the beach club). No complain, just an input for further improvement :-).

Very nice property in which you can feel heritage. Staff is very attentive and always there to help. Breakfast selection is pretty wide. Well done. Great hotel when there are no events/expos as you can use all facilities.

It was Cannes Lions while we stayed there and it ended in a meantime. I must say it is different hotel. Different vibe, different breakfast, different guests etc. Due to event, sun-beds were limited creating chaos between guest as it had about 20ish sun-beds for whole hotel. Value for money here is lowest rated.

We had a Junior Suite for ourselves and our twin daughters. The room was large and beautiful. The bed and towels were super comfortable. The bathroom is huge with a bathtub. Fonnie at the front desk was so nice to our daughters. She gave them plenty of treats In general this hotel was wonderful with our daugthers. They have a great Kids Club with plenty of games and nice staff. The hotel suprised them with back packs, caps and even one complimentary breakfast in the room.

A very positive experience. Nothing negative to report from our stay.

The food at the hotel wasnt great (room service) We had a small (but annoying) ants issue in the room, which wasnt exactly fixed by the staff The new beach Club, Ciro, is very pretty but the beach isnt finished yet and in my opinion hotel guests should NOT be charged extra for the sun beds. I also think hotel guests should NOT be charged for the parking, unless they arrive with multiple cars.

Location was fabulous

Style was a little dated. Considering how much the rooms there was a penny-pinching attitude to amenities e.g. charging for places on the beach. It also wasn’t clear whether we were charged for towels/beds by the pool. It was also odd that you couldn’t sit at the bar by the pool in wet bathing costumes?! When trying to speak French it would be nice if staff replied in French rather than switching automatically to English.

Location, Comfortable Beds, Blackout Electric Shutter Blinds, helpful front desk personnel who helped locate a proper sea view room after the first night.

We reserved the Prestige Sea View room and was expecting the sea view we saw on the booking.com photos. However, we had to change rooms twice before getting the sea view room. The first two rooms were facing the beachfront/sea but were completely blocked by the trees. They should have been labeled non-/ or partial- sea views, and updated with proper photos on the booking sites. The closet/cupboard doors could have been replaced instead of painting over, as it clashes with the nice furnishings in the room. Reception area could do with a makeover.

An amazing service, they go an extra mile to cater to their guests needs.
