Location. Location is what sets this place apart from everything else. I mean, in terms of price-location ratio. You really live on the waterfront (one block is not considered a distance). It is very quiet and one of the central streets. Simply a divine place. Everything is within walking distance. Large parking lots are 5 minutes away. I did not use the car at all. Top boutiques are right on this same street. These white shutters, This magnificent Cannes view from the windows. In general, if you don't chase pathos - this is exactly what you need.

Very small room. Very few sockets. Breakfast simply cannot be called breakfast, although according to the information it is standard for these place (croissant with jam and tea).

Best hotel I ever stayed! At check out I forgot my airpods in the room and the staff sent me a message to come back after my airpods and it was too late to come back. They send me the airpods by post in London and the cost was paid by the hotel, I am so grateful. The beach is 3 minutes by walking, the Red Carpet is 5 minutes by walking, and the train station is 7 minutes by walking. This hotel has the best position in Cannes. The room was cleaned every day, the towels was changed every day. I will come back to stay here for sure. There is no noise from the resteraunts near by if your room orientation is to the back yard.

The hotel is very central to Cannes, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Parking is limited at the hotel, but the staff alerts you of this in advance. There are public parking places within a 10 minute walk (~20EUR for 24 hours). The staff was very nice and accommodating and the hotel welcomes pets. My dog was the star of the show during my stay.

Only complaint was our room was right next to the elevator on the top floor, so whenever anyone in the hotel used the elevator there was a very loud noise. However, we did arrive very late that night, so I am sure that this was a result of being one of the last rooms available.

Our room was a 4 people (we have 3 people) room facing the main street. Quite big and breathable, comfortable with all the needed household appliances. The view is nice and the center as well as the old town was within walking distance (10m). The Staff was extremely friendly, including the dark skin female staff who was really patient with our needs, and helped us changed the room that is more suitable for us.

At first they gave us a room without a window and a small skylight area. We talked about our dissatisfaction and wished for a change, they quickly changed us to a much better room to our needs. So not much here to say but a well done for the Hotel

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated the flexibility they offered with the check-in time, allowing me to settle in at a very convenient hour for my schedule. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, providing a perfect backdrop for my stay. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

I would have liked the rooms to be a bit larger but I managed to make it wonderful decorated with some fresh flowers and keep it tidy.

Fabulous small apartment in a brilliant location..with everything you could need for the perfect stay. The hotel staff are amazing and a great welcome awaits you in the best part of buzzy Cannes..and the bonus only 2 minutes walk to the Croisette or if shopping is your thing the same to to Rue d Antibes.

Awesome location! Beach and train station both 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast good. Room was very clean with good bathroom facilities, comfy bed and good AC. Nice having a window that opens. Staff very polite and professional. Luggage storage very convenient until we caught our next train.

Room a bit small for two people, but we hadn’t spent much time inside. Otherwise no concerns or complaints.

Nice location - close to the city centre, couple minutes from the beach, surrounded by the restaurants, shops, etc. Small, but cozy and clean room - with soap, hair dryer, safe, but without shampoo or shower gel. Not a big deal, though: Very nice staff - we’re kind enough to let us leave the car in the parking for extra couple hours after the checkout. Were very helpful and friendly throughout all the stay (even late at night)

Could be noisy - we stayed on Monday, so we got to hear the school bells, but if you aren’t lucky with neighbours- you could hear much more.

Property is really well located and close to the promenade. It is in front of a popular restaurant and they play music until around 12am. However, i was there with a friend and we actually enjoyed it and even opened the windows to have a better experience! :) Everyone from the reception were very friendly! Will be definitely coming back to the hotel :)

The staff was amazing. It is a quiet nice hotel. I’d stay there again. The beds were so comfortable.

The immediate smell of smoke when you enter. It’s a smoking hotel. There is a no smoking sign in the elevator where someone clearly smoked. Most people in France smoke. I’m allergic, so it bothers me. Most are not bothered at all. However, the rooms didn’t smell like smoke.
