Right in the middle of it all in Cannes, but not noisy at night. AC was fantastic! The room had everything we needed. The hotel team including the owner are amazing! We stayed there for 13 days and they upgraded our room to a room with the balcony for free, which was a huge bonus. It made our stay special - we felt as if we were locals. All the shopping, dining, supermarkets, pharmacies are downstairs of nearby. Beach is a 5 minute walk. From the balcony we could see the view of the local market every morning. Unforgettable experience.

Some of the towels are bit old. The elevator is small but it’s very normal for Cannes and Paris. It was enough for one person to fit in with luggage.

The most important thing was the great hospitality and the host was very helpful, in the second day of my stay in Cannes my daughter was not feeling well and the personal managed to call doctor and all the time checking if all was fine with us. We had great stay at this hotel excellent service and atmosphere, the rooms and hotel are clean and simple. Location is fantastic basically in the heart of the city next to the main shopping street and few steps to the seaside and the Cannes festival building.There is small fruit super market, pharmacy and supermarket next to the hotel.

From the start I loved the fact that the hotel is very close to the railway station, less than a 5 minute walk. Our room had window blinds, curtains, a soft bed, and a good A/C unit, all making for a great resting place. On our last day, after the checkout, we left out luggages with the stuff and came to pick them up a few hours later. This allowed us to enjoy one more day in Cannes.

Super friendly staff, allowed early check in that was super helpful with two young kids. Beds extremely comfortable, crispy clean bed linen and loads of towels. Top location - super easy to reach from the train station in 5 minutes walk and then to go to the city, 10 minutes and you are on the Croisette.

Great location! Near the daily market and many restaurants coffee and groceries, as well as the train station for day trips. Great staff who were always helpful. Very comfortable room! We loved our time and extended our stay!

This is a lovely little budget hotel right in the middle of town. My room was clean, quiet, and with a very comfortable bed.

You get what you pay for and at this price, it would be unfair to criticise the lack of fountains, gardens, statues or pool complex.

Given the information it’s 3 stars, it’s clean with good room service and excellent air conditioner unit. The reception staff would do extra mile to help you
