The bathroom could use some maintenance (broken shower slide bar). Also the "queen" bed turned out to be 2 separate beds smooshed together (which, to be fair, is true for most hotels).

Very nice little hotel in a nice area close to the sea. Cozy small restaurant outside in the shade of the trees. We liked it all. A super thank you to the lady at the reception desk - our car was towed away from the parking space that unexpectedly became a market on Sunday morning…. Don’t know what would we do without her. She called the police and explained everything to us so we knew what to do. Great thanks and appreciation!

Everything was excellent.

For three nights in a row,everynight at about 22or 23h,the employee cleaned the leaves on the ground with a leaf blower cleaning machine ,that made a noise.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in Cannes, affordable at price and located brilliantly only 3 minutes away from the public beach and directly in the main shopping street Rue d‘Antibes. Both the Reception Manager and the Owner of the Hotel who I had chance to meet deserve nothing but compliments and gratitude. I would like to thank them to make our stay so nice.

Nice location on close by the city and the highway. Nice room, large bathroom, making our stay easy and relaxed, also clean and super friendly personnel!

The room did not really offer you privacy since the door was rather thin and the room was next to the corridor of the reception.

We did not use breakfast; great position in the heart of downtown and so close to the seaside!

my "garden view" room for which I paid an additional amount was just on the first floor and the small balcony too "skewd" on the side, so the view was not worth the money upgrade in my opinion

The bed was very slim to share but the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was pretty basic but good for what it was. Hotel is extremely central, you can exit onto the shopping strip and it's about 10 mins from the beach.

Very skinny bed for a double. Small shower too but you just make it work.

It was very centrally located. It took us only a couple of minutes to be by the beach.

The hotel facilities need improvement. There was no water in the mini bar.

Very nice stuff, clean, I stayed 2 nights, close to beach and to Main Street and restaurants, excellent location and reasonable price, I am happy to choose this hotel

The staff was amazing, the early and late checkout (with fee) was facilitated along with a car parking

Few flies in our bathroom I don’t know why, cleaners could have been a bit more on point. However common areas were clean at all Time.
