The room was really spacious and luxurious. The location was perfect on la croisette. The coffee was amazing. The service was amazing. The Sunday brunch looked amazing. The food and drinks were great overall.

The beach. The staff were not as friendly. WE were not allowed to have a bed for a massage we had booked as it was too late yet they were serving several large parties drinks . On the last day wanted to sit on the beach for a couple of hours before I left and they charged me 50 euros.

Very central, the beach was perfect , employees of guest relations was helpful, perfect cleanliness and the breakfast was great ( at the garden ) , the employees working at the breakfast service were very helpful .

Really nice hotel, everything was super clean, the room was big, the people working at the front desk was super helpful and gave us a lot of good recommendations. We asked if they happen to know where we could buy pistachio cream nearby, and one of the gentlemen at the concierge desk actually bought it for us and delivered it to our hotel room. The concierge desk was one of the most pleasant, helpful and professional desks I have ever met. True gentlemen and so welcoming. The breakfast was good, location superb and the room was fantastic.

Unfortunately the hotel guests does not get sun beads at the nearby beach club for free. Guests do get a discount, which was nice, and we knew that sunbeds was not included beforehand, so I do not hold it against them in this review but it would be nice if they were included. Also, there are very many pigeons around the outdoor area, where guests eats breakfast and lunch, which I personally did not like, but there are pigeon's all over Cannes, so that is not the hotel's fault.

Amazing hotel! Definitely a 5 star experience. Big room, lots of amenities and attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Not a huge selection but it was still easy to find what you needed for a well balanced meal. The quality of foods was excellent as well. Location on the Croisette was fabulous. Take a stroll along the shoreline and then return to the hotel. On site parking for a reasonable price was also appreciated as Cannes is so packed and parking can be very difficult to find.

The AC did not really work well. However since we visited in April and it wasn’t to hot this wasn’t a huge deal. Being able to ventilate by opening the window did remedy this somewhat.

This was truly an unforgettable holiday! The hotel exceeded all our expectations — a fantastic location right in the heart of Cannes, just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The interiors are stylish and well-maintained, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The service deserves special praise — it was absolutely top-notch. The staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight Alice from the Mr Nacamoto restaurant — her warm attitude and professionalism made our dinners not only delicious but genuinely memorable. We’re also very grateful to Emilio at the reception — his sincere attention and care made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We’ll be happy to return again!

This is a beautiful hotel with a perfect location on the Promenade de la Croisette. For us it was special as it is set back off the road, you walk through a beautiful lawn and garden area to get to the road, which creates more privacy and no road noise. In comparison to some other similar hotels it is great value for money. We opted for a junior suite and it was great. The staff were also just wonderful, organising a car transfer for us when arriving from Nice airport, and organising dinners, they were all very helpful.

Nothing! It was all great. I noted that a number of reviews complained about a lack of pool and having to pay for the private beach club. All of the hotels in Cannes either have their own beach club or are linked to one which the Mondrian is. From what I understand, most hotels in Cannes do not have pools, they are not needed as you are on the beach. The Hyde Beach Club that is connected to the hotel is literally across the road, there is a big discount (but yes, you do have to pay) and it is a wonderful beach club with a fantastic restaurant. It is a great beach club.

I'm afraid I was swayed -unduly-by the positive reviews. I found the hotel poorly managed. For example ,I called and wrote requesting twin beds and upon arrival found one bed.Staff had to come and separate them and make them up. Breakfast had few choices.Staff seemed rushed and seemed to hate their jobs.(Not all,but several).Each evening I requested reservations via hotel's concierge for Hyde Beach Club restaurant and beach beds. First day all went well.Second day they had no record of my reservation. Small issues-but on busy days it's the difference between enjoying the beach or not-as places on the beach sell out. At this price point this shouldn't happen. Otherwise it's a good hotel-and I would stay there agin.

Location, hotel staff, rooms, comfort.. Really near perfect place! A very nice touch is that all the staff remember you by name and what room you are staying in!

The pillows are not that comfortable! Although the food in the restaurant and cafe is amazing, the service is terrible!! Takes too long to get anything done, and almost every time there's something wrong with the order!

We arrived in our own car. The staff was simply incredible and paid great attention to the details. In the morning, they brought our car to the entrance, opened the doors for us, and even placed water bottles in the door compartments. The rooms were luxurious and very clean. I don’t understand why people complain about the price-to-quality ratio—I’ve stayed in far worse hotels for much more money. Perhaps it’s very expensive in the summer; I wouldn’t know. I highly recommend this hotel.
