I had such a wonderful stay at Maison Carla Rosa! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease—the property is very secure with a gated entrance, which gave me great peace of mind. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The pool is stunning and such a highlight—it really feels like a private oasis. What made the experience even more special was the staff; they were so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I can’t recommend Maison Carla Rosa highly enough. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, charm, and outstanding hospitality in France!

The Maison Carla Rosa in Cannes was a wonderful and lovely location for my family of 4. We had a two bedroom suite with a private garden that was absolutely beautiful. The rental was modern and decor matched the southern France style with all the extra luxuries that are seen in a luxury spa environment. The pool was wonderful and the neighboring guests matched our happiness to be in Cannes. We walked to the beach everyday. It was so very close! Alain and his staff were wonderful hosts with the extra attention that made us feel special and welcome. I would give 11/10 if I could.

Charming, fresh property (two years since renovation), lovingly designed, especially the pool area, large terrace, peaceful, pleasant views. Warm, friendly people - Alain, who met me with the keys and showed me to the room; and the cheerful cleaning staff.

Lack of privacy on the terrace (the adjacent terraces are visually open to each other), and (relatedly) noise transfer between neighbours (the issue for us wasn’t hearing others, so much as feeling constrained outside late at night).

We recently stayed at the charming Maison Carla Rosa, and it was a delightful experience. The room was immaculate and featured a private balcony perfect for enjoying a relaxing breakfast (courtesy of Boulangerie De La Californie nearby) Alain was exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready with helpful recommendations. The peaceful garden and inviting pool area provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Cannes. The location is ideal if you want a relaxed environment while still offering easy access to central Cannes and the new restaurants around Pointe Croisette.

Great neighbourhood, only a short car ride to Cannes. On one day, I walked back to the hotel from the seaside and it was about 30 minutes and very direct. Extremely easy to get around from this location and a beautiful scenic spot. The hotel was spotless and very cosy, I felt at home immediately. All the facilities and amenities you could ask for, the robes and slippers made it feel luxurious and I loved all of the interior decoration. Alain was so welcoming and I saw the housekeeping each day too, I felt incredibly well looked after and it was a great place to stay whilst out in Cannes for business. The terrace was extra nice, and if I had time, I would have had a couple colleagues over to sit for a drink. A true oasis!

Beautifully designed, very clean, spacious suite. We really enjoyed our terrace overlooking the pool. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - originally we were set to arrive at 5 pm but were delayed and the staff waited for us until we came at 8 pm to welcome us and explain all the amenities/unit. They greeted us with a bottle of wine and bowl of fresh strawberries. The toiletries were also very nice (Nuxe) and the bathrobes were luxurious. There is a smart TV which has all the streaming apps available to log in to which was a nice bonus.

Beautiful property and garden with a perfect swimming pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing lounging by the pool watching the beautiful buildings and trees (wifi was great too). The apartment was very chic and modern. And clean!! The sofa bed was comfortable enough for our children (age 12 and 14) and the terrace was the nicest ever. Huge, with dining table and sofa corner and a large awning that protected against the sun. The kitchenette area was equipped with everything needed to make lighter meals and dishes etc were of high standards. You can tell by the thought through quality of everything and stylish details of this place that a lot of effort lies behind the renovation. We just loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alain, the owner, was very accommodating, super nice and present whenever we wanted to ask anything. Excellent communication throughout booking, checking in etc. You will also receive a curated guide to Cannes before checking in. There are so many nice touches about this place, such as rosé wine and fruit when checking in. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes, and just a short walk to the Croisette and shopping area. It was perfect for us. Can’t recommend Maison Carla Rosa enough, and many thanks to Alain for making our stay so great!!

Magnificent apartment in a very beautiful location. Perfect cleanliness, convenient parking, magnificent views. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is brand new, comfortable and perfectly clean. Gorgeous! Worthy! Convenient! And it is worth noting a wonderful person, the owner Alain, who personally meets and tries to make your vacation and accommodation at the highest level.
