The location of the resort was perfect with the beautiful surroundings.

Most of the Staff didnt speak or understand any other language than french even at the front desk. The cleaning staff was at times inpolite even with the do not disturb sign on. This is something you can hardly accept in such a place. At the restaurant they were a lot of occassions late and did not bring exactly what we ordered however the food was delicious. For such a high price at least the breakfast should have been included

some of the prices are out of this world - 5 EUR for a 0,33 l. bottle of water in the minibar? 11 EUR for a large beer at the restaurant? seriously??? not even in switzerland!!

Big, spacious room, comfortable beds and good quality bedding. Strong air-con perfect for hot weather. Reception and restaurant staff were lovely and very attentive. The pool was warm, and there were plenty of sun beds. The food in the restaurant for dinner was good and reasonably priced.

Restaurant closes at 2pm and there is nothing to eat until 7pm, not even room service. We wanted to have lunch before check in (as it was not until 4pm) but there was nothing available and not even shop nearby. We were misled as the hotel is advertised as resort but it is very much just a hotel attached to a tennis academy which is the main purpose of most visitors but it was not ours.

I would like to see your SPA area more cosy and welcoming, with well organised tea/water station. Limited and therefore always occupied indoor relaxing area beds, absence of the signs on the doors leading to the spa facilities, bizarre sitting area in the middle of the spa makes one climb up and down uncomfortably, small treatment rooms, dated massage beds - all that didn’t make my body care experience as good as I expected.

We really liked the size of our room, the big bed, the balcony. Breakfast was great, the only thing I would add is some fresh sliced bell pepper for breakfast, but all other food (salmon, cheese, egg, veggies) were great. We also greatly appreciated the fresh juices. The pool is great, but a bit confusing where to get in and where the changing rooms are. The room cleanness was also appreciated.

The only thing we didn't like was that early in the morning we could hear sometimes the garbage/ recycling truck (this was very early a few times, I think from memory it was Tuesday or Wednesday mornings)

Situated right next to the tennis academy with beautiful clay and hard courts. Hotel has been recently renovated, I was able to get free upgrade for our rooms from booking.com. Both rooms are very spacious, each has a huge balcony facing tennis courts. The bed is super comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed.

There were a lot of mosquitos on the outside resting on the door of the balcony. A few mosquitos came into my room when I went out to the balcony.

The staff working at the property is terrific, well prepared, kind and always there with a smile. It’s a very well ran resort. And the tennis experiences makes it even more unique.

The pool could use some heating. Would recommend the use of solar panels to heat the pool but a bit of cold water during summer could be healthy for the body.

all service was well except the staff in the italian restaurant. they could learn a little more about how to keep an eye on the restaurant, call me and i will give them a free training.

Good hotel for sports/tennis and for relaxing. So many sports you can do in the academy. Nice big rooms and hotel is close to other cities if you have a car. Excellent service inside the restaurant!

While staff working in the restaurant were amazing, the staff in the entrance of the restaurant were not very friendly and we didn’t feel welcome (and we were eating there every day during our stay). Spa is tiny, we understood it was bigger. Room service menu could be better.

Big room and nice balcony with good facilities. Good TV. Comfortable bed. Lovely tennis racket shaped swimming pool and area to relax. Out of town location at a tennis academy. Free parking. Friendly helpful receptionist. Restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast is expensive so went to a nice bakery in Biot that served hot drinks.
