The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. They’re by far the best thing about this hotel. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant next door was also great. It’s a very convenient stopover, close to the airport.

The rooms are small, the beds are hard, and I had a spring digging in my back all night. They were promoting memory foam pillows, but a memory foam mattress topper would really have made a significant difference. It was around 36°C and the air conditioning was broken. There was no hot water. The hotel could desperately benefit from a refit.

Close to restaurant. Staff helped carry suitcases to 2rd floor (3rd level)- there is no elevator. Very close to Nantes Airport and you can use the backroads for access, avoiding traffic.

Rooms are very small, as is typical of many European hotel chains. Shower and tub are difficult to enter and exit due to height of tub wall. Restaurant manager was curt but efficient with all customers - a contrast with the dozen or more restaurants we visited during our two weeks in France, where everyone was welcome and gracious.

The staff, Excellent breakfast, Great food and drink and reasonably priced. Peaceful location. Great pool. Unassuming hotel, which is a little tired in places, but clean and comfortable. The memory foam pillow was divine. I slept so well. 10 minutes from the airport. I didn't visit Nantes itself as I was looking for something peaceful and relaxing to destress. I would stay again and next time go into the city.

Excellent breakfast and convenient location close to the airport but a quiet rural location. It was also convenient for the wedding reception we were attending. To be fair, we didn't use facilities like the gardens and pool, so we can't comment, but they looked nice.

The room was rather small and there was no lift to get us and our heavy suitcase up the second floor.

We stayed at the hotel in 2019 and like the location outside of Nantes but with easy access to the City. We made full use of the swimming pool in 2019 but not on this occasion despite it looking very inviting. The hotel is in its own grounds with easy parking but more importantly an excellent restaurant next to the hotel in the same grounds. We sat on the outdoor terrace to study a full and interesting menu and superb wine list. At breakfast I was tempted for the first time to have the bacon and very well cooked scrambled eggs..not steam cooked as they are in most establisments! Really properly cooked; its rare!

Well maintained. Lovely grounds . Swimming pool small but good and clean. Staff very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Location for public transport into Nantes via tram park and ride and bus if necessary.

Bathroom little tired shower pressure low otherwise accommodating fine.

Very warm welcome, Reception helped us organise a taxi to the airport. Convenient location, nice restaurant next door. comfy beds and clean rooms.

No lift....we were on the second floor with three suitcases (including 2 large ones) to take up :-( The rooms are a little small. The restaurant was good, but we got eaten alive by mosquitoes The breakfast is expensive for what it is.

Greeted by Leo on reception. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast - plentiful and a good variety. The breakfast room was spotlessly clean.

The white light in the smoke detector kept me awake as situated above the bed

The restaurant was closed for dinner, and after 2 hours' driving, didn't really want to get in the car again to find an open restaurant. There is no lift, and room was on second floor. It's supposed to be 15 minutes from the airport, but the morning drive took over 45 minutes because of traffic.

Lovely garden setting. Good location. Good to have a restaurant next door with excellent food. Good selection for breakfast in hotel dining area. Outdoor swimming pool. Very friendly helpful English speaking staff.

Slight problem with the plumbing which was being attended to promptly
