Lovely bed and breakfast on the banks of the Loire. Great welcome, comfy bed, spacious room and all spotlessly clean. Breakfast is offered in the garden room and parking is available directly in front of the house in the village car park. As a B&B only breakfast is offered but there are good options nearby - including the Esplanade Hotel which has a great riverside terrace perfect for lunch/dinner/drinks.

Breakfast was very nice. The hosts were very helpful in trying to book the restaurant up the road, when we arrived late in the evening. To see the river from the room was nice. And ofcourse a stroll after dinner slong the river banks. The boat to cross the river is at walking distance, so an excellent place for a biking holiday. We might do that in another holiday!

We were very fortunate to stay in this gorgeous house in an immaculate room. A great place to stay if you want to be in easy reach of the airport. If you are looking for a peaceful charming location with views over the Loire, then go here! The owners are charming and very flexible. This is the best alternative for people who don't want to go into standard looking hotels. Gorgeous place!

Lovely room, nice design touches/beautiful restoration , friendly welcome Delicious breakfast with home made jams , superb local cheese and handmade pancakes Jean Marc was really helpful getting our bike repaired. It is def worth looking at his amazing bookmaking workshop.

The route was adjacent to the Loire a Velo, opposite ferry. welcoming staff, beautiful situation, safe bike storage, can sit in conservatory and they are happy for to eat take-aways. Several choices for places to eat evening meal. Tasteful decoration, and good quality furnishings. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, good shower.

All was excellent

Very accomodating hosts; very clean and comfortable accomodations. Hosts provided good local information re restaurants, grocery, etc. Easy walk thru Le Pellerin from lodging location. Our room (the "Captain's Room") was large with views overlooking the Loire River and the local ferry port. Fun to watch. Locally made soap was included with toiletries. Covered bicycle parking provided in gated courtyard.

Beautiful view of the river, nice large room for 3 people. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast with fresh pancakes. Safe storage for bicycles.

The town is tiny and unfortunately on a Sunday very limited choices of places to eat. The entrance is up a steep slope if you have a lot of luggage it’s hard work!

The very best place. This is how they should all be. Faultless. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Helene is brilliant. The breakfast really good local and homemade delicious jams. Even crepe. In years of travelling I have never felt so welcome, at home and slept so well.

No perfect

Breakfast was lovely. Home made jams went with the freshly made crepes. Fruit and cereals were also available. The room was lovely, and as we were the only guests that night , we got the choice of rooms. A safe place to leave our bikes

Very clean , lovely host & serene location on the river. Great recommendation for dinner given by host at short notice & was fab for small village

A few stairs to get to room but manageable.
