The bed was very comfortable and large. The room was spacious, but there was only one chair. The bathroom was large and very clean. We enjoyed the bath, but it was quite deep, so a little difficult to get out of. We enjoyed the tea making facility, but we would have liked larger mugs with handles.

There was no mini refrigerator, which would have been nice to keep drinks cold. Also, we were in one of the top terrace rooms, so there were 20 steps to climb, after you got out of the lift. Ask for a disability room if you struggle with stairs.

Good location, central but nevertheless quiet (we had, as requested, a room not facing the street), very clean, a short walk to the cathedral and old town.

Room was relatively small, toilet in one direction, sink in another, breakfast (at a fee of 15 Euros per person!) should have been included.

Comfortable bed with a great shower, friendly staff and nice little bar area with a pool table.

the service was personal and superb; the rooms were comfortable, modern and stylish (not minimalist nor IKEA style); the facilities in the communal areas were a bonus i.e. pool table, chess game, bar, good wifi, all night cover at reception; the quality of breakfast was great - mostly artisanal or homemade.

I would have preferred a bigger breakfast selection and more replenishment of the danishes provided

Travelling with our dog and stayed for q night. Had a wonderful room with a small terrace. Comfortable and spacious. Staff lovely. Location very convenient.

Lovely hotel, great location and the staff were so friendly - I used the car park (at an extra cost) which was so convenient.

Rooms have been refurbished recently and are really well appointed. Staff are great and the breakfast was really nice.
