Rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. As a wheelchair user, it was so good to have a room with plenty of electric sockets that were conveniently placed and a bathroom with plenty of room to manoeuvre. The hotel staff were helpful, polite and cheerful. The breakfast had a good choice. The cost was good value and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It would have been helpful if, as a disabled person, we had been able to reserve parking at the hotel. Also, it was good to have tea and coffee in the room but it would have been nice to also have had milk.

Easy check in, room was accessed via a lift. It was spotless, with a comfortable bed, large TV, pleasant furnishings. Bathroom had a shower, toilet and basin, all clean. It was quiet, the room faced inwards of the buildings. Pleasant staff, helpful and efficient. There was parking nearby, and we stayed at the weekend so it was all free but during the week some of it is paid

The continental breakfast was the most basic we had during our holiday, but it was all fresh and you could help yourself. A short walk into the main area of Bourges you can find plenty of places to eat should you want more.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location for a short walk through the cobbled streets to the centre of Old Bourges. We managed to park right outside and there is plenty of on road parking as well as a free car park 100m from the entrance. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully and or room was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay on our way down to province. The staff were all friendly and polite. Shame we had to leave so early to continue our journey as there was a fantastic market on the Saturday morning right opposite the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Just outside the main Centre de Ville, yet far enough to be more quiet and easily accessible via our rental car. Paid (very inexpensive) public parking lot just around the corner.

This is a generic complaint I have about all French hotels, even the high end ones. Must they use those motion activated light bulbs in the hallways? Walking out into a completely dark hallway gives me the creeps, especially as an American. I would be willing to pay a little bit more to know who or what is in the hallway when I leave my room!

This is a great choice when visiting Bourges. Our room and bathroom were modern and spacious. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is located with walking distance of the important sites in Bourges. We parked for free (it was safe) at 13 Rue du Champ de Foire, 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The price is right for what is offered. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Bourges (although this does include steps and cobbled streets (for those with accessibility issues). Parking is very easy on a quiet street outside the hotel. We stayed in a Comfort Triple Room (we were two adults and one child) and were very very impressed with the size of the room and the space we had despite all our luggage. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely return!

The breakfast was ok, not the best and no cooked option, it would have been good to have a wider choice.

Super convenient location, we stayed 6 nights, 4 of which were for a music festival, no problem getting back in very late and night and a very safe area to walk at night. Large supermarket & pharmacy is a 3 min walk away. The small refrigerator was a bonus. We were on the 4th floor with a nice view. Never any long waits for the elevator.

Car parking is an issue. There is parking on the road but it is always full, however we did manage to park in the last space of a small car park at the bottom of the street. Unfortunately if you move your car to go out you risk not finding anything nearby.

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is very close to the centre of Bourges, and with free parking available close by, it made it a very easy place to be. Reception staff were all very pleasant and friendly, and were able to give us useful information. Our room was bigger than I had expected and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast on one day and there was more than enough for us. No complaints at all.

A spacious room, the cathedral visible in a corner of the window. The bed was fine, the hot water was also good as well as the Wi-Fi. They say they are a quarter of a mile from where you want to be, the cathedral and the restaurants and bars. It’s a ten minute walk. I originally liked the idea of staying in the large two-bedroom apartment “next door” to the main sight, Nid d’Hirondelles, but we have bags and they have no elevator, we would arrive at 11am, and they wouldn’t let us in, even to leave baggage, until 5pm (I wrote them several times and received polite, but unwavering, stone cold responses). There is a major restaurant of the town just across the square (Place Nation) from Le Christiana and on Saturdays a superb market.
