A lovely hotel. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very good . My husband and I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa and we treated ourselves to a massage which was relaxing. The spa staff were very professional, caring and pleasant. The hotel decor is attractive. Our room was on the 5th floor but there were two lifts so it wasn't a problem. The hotel is well placed in Brest for shops, restaurants, the cable car and other attractions. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The room lacked cupboard or wardrobe space. The wardrobe was taken up by television, coffemaking facilities, fridge and safe. Although there were 2 lifts, I am a little nervous in general of lifts and one of them was juddering a little on the way down each time which caused me some concern.

The room was spacious and very well decorated, in keeping with the modern Art Deco style of the hotel. The restaurant and bar were very nice. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym...) made my stay very pleasurable. The situation in the city is absolutely perfect and allows easy access to many restaurants, cafés and shops as well as to the rive droite via the cable car. The staff were very polite, helpful and efficient.

The restaurant menu was more limited than it was during my previous stay.

The size and comfort of the room, the quality of the facilities and the politeness of the staff were all exceptional. The situation in 'le triangle d'or' is fantastic; there are many lovely restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. However should you fancy eating in, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as cocktails within the hotel. The quality of food is wonderful and it is very tempting to not look further. The decor is reminiscent of the original Conti that my grandparents loved so much; the modern Art Déci style makes it a cosy and truly charming place. I have already booked another stay as I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when in Brest.

There is a cool, colorful decor throughout the hotel. The location was convenient to the train station and the tram line.

They didn’t offer any vegetarian options on the restaurant menu and when I asked if they could prepare any vegetarian food they said no.

The breakfast buffet and the pool are nice. The location of the hotel is central and there is a lot that can be done on foot.

The acoustic insulation between rooms of the hotel is bad. You can follow the voices of your neighbors and the steps of those above you. The bed is only 160cm wide in a “deluxe” room.

The pool is amazing, rooms and beds are comfy, the reception is a beautiful place to chill, complementary tea and coffee were great! The location is also very good !

The jacuzzi was not functional and they didn’t repair it for a long period of time. The pool hours should be extended until midnight since there are lots of people coming in. The staff should add more hair conditionner and shampoo in the bathrooms, especially for people with long hair.

Breakfast was excellent

There ws no booking system and/or supervision of numbers for the pool/sauna area which meant the space was very overcrowded and noisy - there was nowhere left to sit and we were not able to use the small pool or jacuzzi as both were full

Hotel in general great.. but

Ii have only stayed here twice and every time there was a candle lit music event happening on the 2nd night, of which is a little in convenient if you want to use the spa between 5pm and 10pm... I didn't use the spa because of this

Staff Room Sauna Restaurant- ate there twice- food was fantastic Close to train station and walk down to the harbour Loved the decor

Gym - only 3 machines and I set of dumbbells - machines were old

Good location right near to Rue de Siam

Service in the restaurant was very slow. There is a screen and if you are sitting on the wrong side, away from the bar, the staff dont see you. But the food was excellent
