Good location of the hotel for visiting the Stade de Lyon, close to the highway, quiet location. Friendly and helpful ladies at the reception desk, trouble-free and fast check-in and check-out. Baggage carts are available at the exits from the individual blocks of the hotel. For breakfast there was a choice of several types of coffee (very good) or hot chocolate.

At the time of our check-in, it was difficult to find a free parking space, it was free in the parking lot quite far from the reception. Although it doesn't look like it from the outside, the hotel is quite large and a bit of a labyrinth. Very limited breakfast buffet, no vegetables.

Very easy to find. The beds were prepared before we had arrived. The arcade games were a nice touch to keep the kids occupied. I certainly recommend this hotel for families with kids, especially as a stopover on your way to/from south of France. Breakfast was more than enough - there were fresh fruits, yoghurt, muesli, pastries, nice bread, jam, juice, etc. It was continuously being filled.

The pool and some other facilities were extra. This information was mentioned only after making the reservation. Despite this, it is still good quality for the money spent. In the restaurant there are too many kids trying to help themselves and making a mess - this is not hotel's fault of course.

Last minute booking on a Friday night driving back from Alps. Arrived hoping for dinner to find restaurant fully booked and the whole place packed with families driving down for skiing over NY. BUT cheerful check in staff, pizzas at the bar and a huge buzz about the place made it very memorable - well done all, but especially the fantastic barman who cooked the pizzas!

Location is good (for the expo), plenty of free parking, free wifi was good (and you don't have to fill in your life story to access it), very good shower and easy check in / out. They also don't want a credit card on record like so many other hotels (even if you have pre-paid). The restaurant/bar is good.

Bed is okay for short stays but I would not want to sleep there for more than 2-3 nights. Breakfast options are very limited. No coffee/tea making facilities in the bedroom and no toiletries in the bathroom (which was not an issue for me but might be good to know for those who rely on them).

Friendly stuff, everything you need is there, clean and comfortable. The kids were super excited, there is a kids place to play, ping pong, table football. But the breakfast is an art on itself. In Europe you won’t find a better breakfast in a hotel. Definitely recommend

Clean, cheap, amazing breakfast, kids area

We had a very pleasant time-off resting during a long road trip. The hotel is very neat and stylishly decorated. Staff were welcoming. Private parking was available, which is very convenient.

Phones in both rooms to get reception were not working. Not sure if this was occasional, or if they were deliberately disconnected / put out of service.

The restaurant for the dinner, you have to pay of course but the chef is very good. The breakfast is very good also, this was included in my case. The bed, very confortable. All in general, it is a very different hotel, I’ve liked it.

Old Arcade games didn't work, and kids were hoping that they would play

Really great with kids. Room was spacious. Pool clean. Lots of entertainment for the kids. Restaurant was lovely. Staff very nice. Overall would recommend.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

As soon as we walked into the reception, there was a beautiful smell of coconut perfumes. This was definitely the best smelling ibis I have ever stayed in!

That you had to pay 5€ to use the swimming pool.
