Easy to reach and spacious parking Right size of the room, cool design of bathroom. Creates more space for the room is you travel alone like me. new & modern room with domotica, nice design, good bed breakfast OK but not great. However good for French hotel.

no refrigerator on the room, so you have to walk down every hour to buy a new drink expensive drinks no paper towels in bath room a "normal" table and chair for working on my laptop is missing. For a business traveller who needs to catch up with admin and orders for most of the evening, that would be nice. The trendy "table" they provide is OK-ish but not great.

Beautifully decorated, good use of space and very welcoming staff. The robot concierge was a winner with my kids! Love the little work station, table the goes over the bed and the lighting is well done. Nice to have a choice of pillows and cushions. The cake on the breakfast buffet (I know - cake is not the healthiest morning option, but…) was absolutely delicious! Nice selection of nuts and dried fruit.

The bed looked comfortable but I found the mattress too soft. The bathroom area is nice and I would have liked somewhere to put my toothbrush and possibly another towel hook or shelf by the sink. The coffee machine was difficult to reach but its presence still much appreciated. Toilet roll holder needed fixing into the wall correctly. There was a drinks stain on one of the surfaces when we arrived - not important but it makes you wonder what else may have been forgotten… The cooked breakfast options were not to our taste - the bacon looked grey and the sausages were different from what I’ve ever had before.

Everything! This is an absolutely fantastic hotel, our favourite out of all our French travels! The parking is large and secure, the staff are lovely. The family rooms are huge, modern and many luxury features, beds big & comfortable, lovely showers. This stay we got an interconnected pair of rooms which was even better - two tvs and showers! Many clever technology features and we were able to cast from phone to tvs easily. Short drive (3 mins) to big supermarket & great Leon restaurant. And of course the highlight for the kids (and us?!)…the robot showed us to our room!! Overall it is a modern, luxury hotel - clean and quiet, really great value.

The room was big and very modern and spotlessly clean with lots of plug sockets and wireless QI charging for your phone, the bed was large and extremely comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The beer / larger was very expensive at 11 euro per pint and the food was very expensive where it was 12 euro for a cheese board with 2 different cheeses and 2 different meats on the board with a bit of bread. We was told that they had run out of most cheese and meats and that is why we only had 2 on the board.

New hotel, close to the airport. Perfect location if you want to travel to other places and don't lose time in traffic. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and excellent soundproof windows. We were with an electrical car and the charging station was a perfect addition to our stay there.

A bit small room and not enough wardrobe space. You may leave names of the coffee capsules for people that don't drink decaf.

Great hotel for a quick stop within close driving range of Lyon airport. The price was great for what we got. The bedding could have been a little more comfortable, and it was mostly clean but not super clean. But it served our purpose well. Great craft beer in the lobby.

The sofa bed was very squeaky and not that comfortable.

All of the reception staff were friendly and very helpful, during all hours of the day. Very pleasant to sit in the small lobby with a beer or out front.

The housekeeping workers, who are not part of the hotel staff, were unreliable, did not always finish their work in the rooms (cleaning /beds/towels/emptying garbage/etc.) No shampoo, only multi use shower gel

great hotel to make middle stop on a long car travel. Enough free parking with possibility of e-car charging. this is the 5th time I have been stayed here, and will do again on my next trip. Staff always very friendly.

As we are 2 adults and a child, we always get the handicap room, it would better to get a new family room instead. As the previous travels, ordering food to the room such as pizza was not available.

Nice modern environment, interesting possibilities thanks to their app, for example remote controlled lights, toilet, elevator, etc... They also have a robot, but it didn't work for us.

After leaving the hotel, we were told that we had damaged one leg of the bed (without any proof), which was nonsense and they wanted us to pay for it. I had to contact booking and it was not pleasant. Eventually everything was cleared up and I did not pay anything.

The nicest and most polite service in the area. We’ve explored Lyon and Burgundy and were overall very dissaponted with the service, this place, at the end of our stay, helped us leave the area feeling a bit better about it! Room is well set up, has all the comforts for a short stay. It is newly furnished and clean. Beds are spacious and comfortable, bathroom is great and the TV is easily accessed by your mobile devices.
