Room, breakfast, cleanliness! The personnel were extremely polite and helpful! The hotel was situated in a quiet area with several restaurants nearby. It was very close to the Lyon Conference Center.

There was no desk or small table in my room (to work with my laptop).

Very convenient location, easy to reach from Part-Dieu and located in a beautiful part of the city. Very comfortable, with a perfectly adequate breakfast buffet and all amenities one could hope for in a hotel room. Great for a night's sleep, but also entirely alright to spend the day inside of and relax.

The bathroom door did not fully close for some reason, but this wasn't a meaningful issue.

Breakfast and dinner were good, the room was Ok and there fortunately was not a lot of noise around me, the location close to a rose garden is actually nice and it was only a 10 minute walk to the conference center

The bed was not comfortable, the card for the lift had to be replaced many times as it did not want to work but I have enjoyed my stay otherwise

I booked this hotel because it was walking distance to Lyon convention center where my niece had a conference. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Though I had notified my arrival time as 14:00 to 15:00 hours, I had to wait for my room to be ready for check in. There was no electric heater to boil water. Room was a bit small.

The people at the reception desk were very helpful. The cleaning woman was also OK. The room was spic and span.

I guess that breakfast should be far better compared to other hotels I visited. The flatware were not always clean. In other Ibis hotels I have had always mineral water, tea pot, coffee bags, and a set of tea bags.

The coffee was not good. Need big improvements for coffee. Didn’t have enough cups and bowls in time. There was no bar tender on Saturday evening. The desk clerk although served us the beer

Clean, comfortable at reasonable price close to the Centre de Congrès de Lyon.

No safe in the room but I could deal with it. It was no problem for me

Train next to the window every ten minutes, look for the room on the other side if you are booking this hotel Smell in the hotel, think the it is from carpet not clean in the corridors

Location was very good to the conference center. One just had to walk across the bridge through a small park. The breakfast was also quite nice.

There aren't too many restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays.

The staff was really friendly. The location was good enough (although it is located near the train station, the noise didn't bother me).

The room wasn't that spacious and the bed although comfy, was small.
