Everything was absolutely spot on. The location couldn’t be any better. You step out from the property on the main square with remains of the castle, magnificent trees and nice Cafés. The room was spacious with a large en-suite with a nice shower. It is traditionally furnished, it has the table and chairs where you can eat your breakfast if you wish and the bed is large and comfy. We were travelling with our dog and he was also warmly welcomed by the lovely and friendly host. The breakfast was the best ever. It has a wide selection and it is beautifully cooked and very tasty.

A warm welcome and ground floor room which was great as we were travelling with our dogs. The bed was comfortable and a great size room with a table and chairs so we could enjoy the amazing breakfast in the room. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed, beautiful, fresh pastries and bread. Freshly cut fruit, ham and cheese together with orange juice and coffee all served with style.

After a very long day travelling it was not the easiest to find, tucked behind two bars. A slightly bigger sign would be helpful. The negative to being right in the centre is no parking on site, but plenty a short walk away.

We liked the warm and friendly welcome from the lady of the house. Room furnished with antique furniture and was very clean and comfortable. Enormous bathroom with ample hot water in the shower. Had a good nights sleep under a lovely warm duvet. All bedding immaculate. The breakfast was amazing. Well presented, fresh pastries and juice and very hearty! The man of the house was very charming too and chatted with us telling us about the locality. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. The location is in the heart of the town, in easy walking distance of everything. I highly recommend staying here. The nights accommodation was worth more than what we paid.

There was nothing to fault. The owners clearly know how to look after their guests.

Excellent location in Ceret Old Town, close to restaurants & cafes and Ceret Museum. Room and communal areas very tastefully decorated and a small outdoor terrace at the rear of the hotel was well appreciated. Kettle in the room and delicious English breakfast served on order by a very friendly and welcoming host.

Would have liked a small TV in the room, rather than in the salon, and air-conditioning, but the fan provided did the job. Rooms on the ground floor open up directly onto a "cafe terrasse", so , at times, there are restrictions regarding the opening of the shutters.

The location was perfect - in the centre of town with a free car park 5 mins walk away. I had the blue room which has 2 balconies overlooking the market square. Paul is very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk with. Breakfast was lovely - you order whatever you want the night before and it is served fresh at the time you request. The Saturday weekly market is quite big and varied with lots of organic veg. There is a bar and restaurant right next door and tea/coffee in the room.

Quaint hotel in the centre of Ceret. Host was helpful and friendly. Breakfast menu was impressive and offered many choices from which few or many items could be selected: it was nicely served and was included in the room rate. Free parking was available a short walk from the hotel.

Our room overlooked a main square with restaurants, pubs and entertainment which tended to be noisy, though it stopped by about 11:30pm.

Arranged accommodation at this hotel for my parents during their car journey. They were charmed by the hospitality of the family running it. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and responsive, creating a delightful atmosphere. The hotel's location within an authentic French city was ideal, and the room they stayed in was spacious enough. Though the room may seem simple at a first glance, it had its own authentic vibe, with cleanliness and comfort to emphasize. Surprisingly, the breakfast served was tailored to their preferences and cooked freshly on spot, what greatly satisfied them. To note, the hotel was flexible to offer a breakfast earlier than the set time. In case our family travel there again, will make a stop at that accommodation again.

They were fortunate to find parking right next to the hotel; otherwise, they would have had to park a few minutes' walk away. But in such a tight little town, this seemed to be the norm for every hotel.

The hosts are the best ever -- we love them. Also their dog Poppy and their cat Socks. The breakfasts are amazing. The location is ideal, right on the beautiful main square and less noisy than you'd expect, given the bars and restaurants only steps from the front door. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and there's abundant space (large living room and dining room) for hanging out. In a word -- super!

Charming and relaxed even for being placed next the most hectic corner of the town. Pre-warned about some noise from outside however this was little bother in reality. Fantastic and extensive breakfast set us up for long days with need to eat little else which was greatly appreciated. As well as pleasant conversation throughout our stay.

The breakfast was made to order and was exactly what I expected. I ate in the dining room because of the wet weather outside and it was a nice place for breakfast.

If I did not have a friend escorting me in the area, I'm not sure I would have been able to find the location on my own. This is a unique guest house, and now that I know where it is I value the privacy and its perfect location.
