Perfect hotel, we chose it for our transit to/from our holiday destination. Very close to the highway, easy to reach, and good parking (free) (closed and monitored by CCTV). Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and facilities were excellent. Even with a location close to the highways, you don't experience any noise pollution. The hotel was very quiet, and in the rooms, you hear nothing from the surrounding area or the hallway. The hotel is highly recommended

The food was good, both breakfasts, and twice we ate in the restaurant. Both times the food was flavoursome and particularly good for what is considered to be a budget hotel. The staff seemed really conscientious, aiming yo be as friendly and helpful as possible.

It was a 35 minute walk into Chalon, which felt a bit too far to just pop into town. The buses stopped running at 8.00pm. So best to have a car.

Very convenient location for access off the motor way suited our overnight stay. Hotel was spotless and everything we needed was in the room. The staff from check in at reception to the bar staff and waiting staff in the restaurant were excellent and so helpful and big beautiful smiles. We really enjoyed our stay even only as a pit stop.

The toilet in the bathroom didn’t leave much leg room.

The only issue was a man wearing a mask was seated next to our table when the restaurant was virtually empty. Fortunately we had almost finished so left soon after. Strange decision by the staff and the man himself.

Location for us was perfect, it was quiet, the room and the bed were very comfortable and the hotel restaurant was very good. We found this Ibis to be superior to the other Ibis properties we have stayed in recently and we were pleasantly surprised.

Very convenient to reach from the motorway, friendly staff, very clean and very nice breakfast buffet with local products. Ideal for 1 night stop over (that was the purpose of our stay). Multiple guests in the same situation. 24H reception is also very convenient.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now, each time for a one-night stopover on the drive to the South of France. It's straight off the motorway and good value for money, with the added bonus of a good restaurant and nice atmosphere that gets us in the holiday mood!

Positive and cheerful welcome at reception. Clean room, comfortable bed and slept well. Very enjoyable after a long journey to be able to sit outside next to the pool with a refreshing drink. Departure was easy as was parking.

Surprised that whilst at breakfast, the cleaning staff entered our room which was clearly still occupied and changed the bed and cleared the bin, whilst working round our belongings!? There was no notice available to indicate that the room was still occupied. Amusing that having boiled an egg(small) for breakfast, the only cup given to us was larger than the egg and meant that egg was at bottom of cup!

friendly helpful staff. Very smart and modern building, rooms well soundproofed. brilliant breakfast and very good evening meal in the restaurant which saved having to find something after a long day. carpark attached .

Great location, excellent facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Good meals. I could even top up the charge on my car for free (4x 11 kW chargers).
