The hotel has 3-4 different buildings. Ours was a partial below ground room with windows opening into a small courtyard. The room was quite and clean with basic furniture. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was somewhat modernized. The Free breakfast is served in the basement and was wonderful with many choices of hot and cold foods and bakery items. The hotel is about a 8-10 minute walk to the river cruise port as well as close to restaurants, pubs, shops and stores

Depending on your room location, you may have to walk past the area where they store the dirty towels and linens that are sent out for twice weekly for off-site cleaning.

Very similar to other Kyriad hotel. Nice rooms, very clean, and superb breakfast. they have a machine for squeezing fresh orange juice, as well as a good cooked breakfast with nice bacon and even the scrambled eggs are good. For the price it's actually a lot better than more expensive hotels

The design of the building is a bit like the old Soviet blocks, and the interior is rather prison like. But once in your room it's quite pleasant. Shame that there isn't secure parking but the square in front offers free overnight parking and seems pretty safe

A clean and tidy room. Lovely vaulted ceiling in the breakfast area. Good selection for breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

Due to an issue with aircon in our original ly booked double room we were asked if we would be ok with a twin room which we accepted. Beds were pushed together as a ‘double’ but you always get the ‘ridge’ down the middle

The hotel is situated in the center of Chalon-sur-Saone within short walking distance of the many attractions and restaurants. The hotel has a small courtyard and many of the rooms overlook the courtyard. The only down side for me was that I was on the ground floor and the windows had shutters for privacy and security but it wasn't really a problem. I think if I stayed again I would request a room on an upper floor. All in all a comfortable hotel in a great location. There's an excellent boulangerie just across the street that opens early even on Sundays.

Room with a view of the courtyard would have been nice. But apart from that there was nothing I didn't like. I would certainly stay again.

Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel valued as a guest.

We stayed in a spacious room at an affordable price. The bathroom was well-equipped, and complimentary tea and coffee were provided in the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t park the car in the garage, but we were able to park it on the square directly in front of the hotel, which was free till 09:00 hours.

Although room was small the linen was very good quality and beds really comfortable.

Wash basins fancy but awkward to use in small space. Could do with a mirror for makeup and shelves to put stuff on especially at wash basin location as it would be more helpful if staying a few days or more.

Centrally located with parking outside the front door. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed. The room we had had air conditioning.

Room was good and clean but dated and decoration could do with refresh. Breakfast booking was made for two people but on arrival only one registered with hotel luckily I had copy of reservation confirming breakfast bought for two persons.
