Such a beautiful property. There was so much to explore in the vicinity and the swimming pool was great for rest days and for cooling off in the heat. The hosts are very kind and gracious people and seem to genuinely care to ensure you have a great time. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do. We really didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was a perfect French breakfast with fresh daily bread and croissants every day, orange juice, yoghurt, muesli, home made jams and tea and coffee.

We loved the property. The only feedback I would give is that tea and coffee making facilities would be great. I missed having my cups of tea throughout the day/night.

Historic chateau which is very comfortably renovated. The owner, Claude Pierre, is a charming individual. He is very accommodating to cyclists, and although dinner options are limited in the village, on both occasions when we have stayed here, he has not hesitated to offer a ride to a recommended nearby restaurant. Breakfast excellent.

150 year old house with lovely garden and swimming pool. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was tasty and lovely home made jams.

The house is old and one needs to like this aspect. It is not modern but that is part of its charm. Although shower and basin en-suite the toilets were down the hall. Not a major issue.

We loved everything about this place,very relaxing and charming. The owners are just fabulous, very helpful and arranging. Lovely breakfast at the amazing room with a huge chimney. Location is perfect, you can enjoy the nature but at the same time shops are very close ….swiming pool area is lovely! Plus you can easily enjoy the bbq area at the garden 👍Rooms are very comfy and clean! For sure we will get back there !

Just be aware that not all rooms have their own bathroom (but the hosts will help you upgrade in case they have availability in those rooms and you've booked without it by mistake ;-) ).

Absolutely a magnificent building, gardens, and interesting history of the chateau. The views from our beautiful room were so lovely. Claude and his lovely wife were so delightful and so welcoming to us. We loved their gorgeous dog!

It is even more beautiful than in the photos. The pool by the castle is unreal. Our fantastic room was actually in one of the towers. The breakfast, with fresh from the oven bread, brioches, croissants and homemade marmalades. The owners are super friendly and helpful giving us advice and helping us plan our visits. We will be back.

Lovely ambience and very helpful flexible approach from staff. They were very friendly despite my poor french language ability.

Typical of these wonderful buildings it was hard to keep the room cool during very hot summer.

Travelling around France we've stayed in a lot of hotels, this is one of our favorites. This was our second stay at this beautiful little château, and were already looking forward to our next visit. The owners are the kindest sweetest people, who genuinely care about their guests. The room was big and spacious with beautiful big windows over looking the gardens. The swimming pool was heavenly in the very hot weather. The breakfast was every bit as delishous as we remember, especially the home made jams and brioche bread, absolutkey delishous! Thank you for a lovely stay, we only wish we could have stayed longer
