The staff was super friendly and supportive. The lobby was comfortable and I could do some work from it drinking a nice beer from the tap. The tables, pinball machine and claw machine at the lobby were really fun to have. There are many restaurants around by walking distance.

The TV only supported public channels and there were not so many cartoons available for my child to watch. We wanted to use the pool, but unfortunately it was too deep for my 3 y/o. Parking was not covered.

Greeted by nice check in staff. Location good for our needs. Breakfast was adequate even for the teenagers. Bathrooms spacious.

Pool area in desperate need of work. Uneven patio broken paving and furniture broken. We asked for rooms to be close together...they were on different floors meaning one adult had to be in each room with teenagers.

Great & very helpful staff, decent breakfast . Great grounds for our dogs to have fun .Easy location for our route to & from Spain. Also the newly refurbished bedrooms have been very well done & are spacious & good value.

Only negatives were there was no illumination of the hotel sign and it’s tucked away behind the F1 so difficult to find at night. Bed was very firm.

The hotel is easy to find, in a quiet area, ideal to have a proper rest. The room was clean and spacious and the personal helped us to modify our reservation (due to an unforeseen delay) and during the check in. There are many amenities in the hotel but we did not have time to use them. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and it was great to have dinner there after a long trip.

We were three and in the room there were only 2 glasses and 2 cups. We asked for a third one but they said they only provide 2. Anyway, not a big issue.

I liked the interior design with the original room doors. It's a comfortable place with nice common facilities, like the garden and bar with a pool table. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, very comfortable! And includes a kettle and tea

I expected a swimming pool but it wasn't in use.

Location to futurescope. Staff are great. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean.

The room need a kettle and some coffee .
