The room which we originally booked had a strong smell of.smoke and when I advised of this I was offered an air freeshner spray, rhis was not acceptable and after further discussion and explaining I was a non smoker the receptionist agreed to swap our room which we were really pleased about.

For the hotel not to allow people to smoke in the rooms!

Very quiet. The food, although limited in range, was nicely cooked and the drinks were good. Liked the fact there was a bath and shower. The staff were really lovely.

One of us did not like the blind. Difficult to find the hotel. No signs directing you to Premiere Classes. Hotel. No kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

Excellent value for money hotel. Located just off the motorway so was a great stopover for us on our drive from Malaga to Calais. They do sell pizzas from 20:00 each day but we got something form outside this time (has pizza last time & was good) as we din't want to wait until then. the hotel is pet friendly, the staff are really nice there & helpful too. because there is a theme park near by there are also lots of choices if you want to go out to shop or eat. Already booked here again for 2023 for our stops to & from Malaga

Convenient location for a casual traveller. Easy access and clean facilities. Comfortable bed. I drive frequently through France frequent and in my long road trips, I always like to stop with them.

Water kept dripping in the toilet's cistern. Needed to make ear plugs from toilet paper. Ver hard to fall asleep.

Basic clean accommodation that served our needs. Breakfast was included in the price. Secure parking.

Check in seemed hard work to explain we have a reservation. I had to show the app as proof.

Welcoming Warm clean bright room. Great we can bring our dogs. Free parking. Area to exercise the dogs.

Parking spaces could be a bit wider. Broken green bottle glass on stairs.

Location was ideal for visiting Futuroscope. The room was a good size and the bathroom was too. The reception has vending machines for snacks and drinks. There is a small games room. Breakfast was ample and did the job.

Car Parking was not brilliant. A real struggle to find a spot, and parking spaces were quite small. The coffee at breakfast from the machines did not taste good. Air con would not work and we got quite hot during the night.

Clean and facilities were good.

It was very very hot and the air con did not help at all. We did not open the windows as there were a lot of mosquitoes

Fantastic value, clean, excellent breakfast, next to the major routes, and aircon, it’s everything you need for one night at a great price. Plenty of restaurants down the road, turn right outside the hotel.

Reasonable size room with comfortable bed and good sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Seemed more like a Campanile room. The hotel is a few minutes off the motorway so conveniently situated, Would use again.
