We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Kermor, even more than expected. We were there for one night to celebrate our civil partnership, and it was perfectly romantic. We were given what I think was the best room, with an incredible view right onto the beach. The room also had a little patio which I wish we could have spent more time on. As described, the entire hotel is decorated with bits and pieces of old ships: portholes, hatches, teak, brass, etc which give the hotel a quirky but classy ambiance. The decor might be from old ships, but the amenities are modern: the lovely large shower looked quite new and there was a tv, coffee machine, wifi, etc. The bar/breakfast area downstairs also has a fantastic view over the beach and is a comfortable area to lounge. Thank you very much to the people at Hotel Kermor, we are looking forward to returning next time we are in the area.

We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel with immediate access to the sea. The entire equipment is maritime and antique with the most astonishing pieces to be discovered. It is also an art place with many original paintings (also funny ones) and fotos showing the evolution of the family estate. Through a bullseye-door you have immediate access to the sea. We had the suite with lovely views to the sea and sunset. For longer stays the hotel offers a shared kitchen. We will definitely come back forxs visit in the winter when the sea is rough and waves hit the stone wall of the hotel. Notes: car required to go to the old town if you don't want to take a 30min walk. No air condition to cool the rooms (at least we didnt see one). 2 parking slots in front of the hotel. No lift. Fabulous and highly recommended place!

excellent breakfast. great view, helpful staff. On the beach, great views, eccentric style. Furnished with all sorts of things from ships being broken up, plus art work done by the owner. It is very different from any other hotel I have been in, and we liked it.

there is very little room for parking but the staff was very helpful getting our things out of the car.

Wonderful somewhat quirky hotel fitted out with ships interiors. Small and very friendly. Lovely helpful staff. Also plenty of artwork by the owner which made it feel very special

This property is situated on the beach front with its own access to the beach, the rooms have sizable bedroom with a separate shower room and toilet. We also had a balcony patio area with chairs and a parasol. Second visit in 12 months would highly recommend .

Interesting hotel with a nautical theme. Our "cabin" was snug but had a splendid sea view..

Hotel restaurants and scruffy bars are the only places to eat in walking distance.

it’s location was superb right on the beach front with private balcony. ideally situated with two/three restaurants near by but the main town 25 minutes walk away. The staff very friendly and breakfast served in the morning at an additional cost. Parking near by but first come first served.

Nothing for us to dislike.
