Hostess was very friendly. It was nice to chat over breakfast with her. The room and house has character, just the right choice if you don't like square rooms. There is plenty of space in the room. Parking place next to the house is a bonus in an old cramped village. Location is ideal with 5 min walk from sights. There is a supermarket in opposite direction also in 5 min walking distance.

I would prefer two blankets instead of one shared. Carrying a suitcase to the attic room. Breakfast could have more savory options.

The decor of the room was very tasteful with many small features which showed a decorators style. The bed was very large and comfortable. The host was very amenable and we enjoyed a lovely chat with her at breakfast. The location is fantastic, just a short walk down to the main part of Pont-Aven. Big bonus was the adjacent parking, especially because parking can be a problem in Pont-Aven.

We could hear the couple in the next room before 10pm, a little, but not after that. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional.

Rozenn & Jean Michel were excellent hosts! So friendly, welcoming and helpful! Room was spotlessly clean with lovely freshly painted décor. Lots of Rozenn's artwork on display. Conveniently located with only a 2/3 minute walk to the centre ville. Free Parking. Breakfast was fabulous. You take breakfast in Rozenn's kitchen and the food and coffee were excellent! We met another French couple at breakfast who were so pleasant and chatty, it was a very pleasant experience. Pont Aven is a really nice French village with a marina. We stayed 1 night and would highly recommend a visit!

Very very clean cozy apartment with a private parking that was very useful in Pont-Aven (be careful, we've seen police officers sticking fines on the windscreens of a few cars). Rozenn is a super kind owner! She meets you with a big smile, delicious breakfast and a beautiful cat in the morning! Thank you very much!

Breakfast was enjoyable with fresh breads and jams but unfortunately I don't like yoghurt. Location very good only 5 minutes walk to center of Pont Aven. Hostess very friendly.

Our host Rozz was incredibly friendly and helpful,told us some local knowledge tips which really enhanced our holiday ,she even rang a restaurant to book a table for supper one eve.very kind of her . Room was spotless and very comfortable.

The apartment is nicely decorated and was very clean. Beds were good. Although the house is situated at a high-traffic through-road, it is quiet if the front windows are closed (at night there is almost no traffic there and you can sleep well with windows open). Rozenn (the owner) is a very polite, interested and helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for activities, booked restaurants for us etc. Here freshly cooked breakfast was excellent.

The only, BUT REALLY MAJOR downturn for us was the following: We have chosen this location ONLY because it claims in the description on booking.com that it has a terrace. We wanted to spend some time in fresh air and not only inside a building (the weather was excellent...). In fact, there is (nice) terrace, but it is for the use of the owners only, WHILE GUESTS HAVE NO ACCESS TO IT!!! This was really a disappointment for us in an otherwise very good stay there, since it was just not what we expected. It would be more than fair if the owner discards the "terrace" from the description on booking.com.

Location location close to centre of town. Very comfortable well appointed bedroom. Able to park across the street. Very tasty breakfast

We had to have breakfast in what was clearly the owners living area so limited our privacy. Understand that breakfast is normally served on patio weather permitting

Ros'n was so hospitable. The room was bright and soothing, and well-decorated with plenty of space. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.

Bathroom light could be brighter. (But the bathroom is lovely) Blankets were a bit cumbersome and heavy .

Beautifully decorated house and accommodation, with atelier and gallery downstairs. Exceptional breakfast and an amazing host!

Parking was a bit awkward when we arrived and generally a bit difficult. No other problems.
