The ambience and the wonderful history within the walls. What stories they could tell. Our room Le Curieuse was lovely. Pity the weather stopped us using the terrace. The log fire in the dining room was so welcoming. I absolutely loved the art work in the public spaces and in our room. We ate the charcuterie and cheese menu which was unique and delicious. I recommend this property unreservedly for anyone with a sense of history and an appreciation of the work and efforts that Marine and her husband have put into restoring and maintaining this beautiful gem.

Maybe it would be possible to include the cost of breakfast in the room price.

Lovely welcome on our return visit. We had the same room as our previous stay. Dinner was wonderful and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, especially the special croissants - thank you cooking them especially. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind - perhaps next time the sun will shine

This is an exceptional property! The owners have done a fantastic job of updating this beautiful old manor house and their attention to detail is outstanding! The breakfast is great and we also ate dinner here a couple of nights and were impressed by the choices. This is an extraordinarily relaxing place to stay.

Absolutely nothing!

Walking into the property was a truly awesome experience. The very welcoming and hospitable owners are doing an impressive and respectful renovation of this magnificent historic property. We spent time walking around enjoying the property, and also had a very nice dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here for anyone passing this way.

Absolutely superb stay. A very warm welcome. Plenty of parking and lovely gardens to walk around. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had the set evening meal which was absolutely delicious. We also stayed for breakfast. Again , very delicious and the best breakfast we had during our 6 days in France. The croissants were amazing. We will definitely return.

It was beautiful and well looked after, the owner has such pride in her business. The staff were most gracious and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room was well presented and very clean.

Charming comfortable hotel with beautiful gardens. Such helpful and welcoming proprietors and staff, who went out of their way to help us with a problem with our car- we are so grateful to them. Exceptional breakfast - variety of fresh fruit, yoghurts, breads and pastries with eggs cooked to order. A truly excellent place to stay.

It was a lovely and magical Sebastian and Maria were great host if you don't like the hustle and bustle of big house or national change and this is the place for you we will go back

Beautiful Manoir in lovely location. We had a lovely en-suite room in an old outbuilding with our own little terrace. The Patronne herself is a gem and a real can-do person. We had a lovely breakfast in the historic dining room.

The breakfast is very wide in choices; I would have preferred just a great croissant and a baguette with butter and jam, but perhaps Brittany does things its own way. Lovely grounds and building. Quiet. Convenient location.
