A beautiful old building. Staff went over and above to welcome us.

There was no air conditioning in our room and it was very hot especially as we had direct sunlight into the room

The welcome at the hotel was warm and the room was beautiful. Because we preferred a shower to a bathtub, the hotel made a special effort to change our room. The room we were given had a lovely view on the park and because it was recently renovated, it was beautifully (and comfortably) decorated. Lighting was excellent, chairs were comfortable, there was adequate room for our suitcases and the bed was perfect. Breakfast was well managed with a nice selection of fresh foods.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have a dinner service. There are numerous restaurants nearby, though, and it was not a problem to find another option for dinner.

The staff were wonderful. We arrived late, and they helped us with a dinner reservation, made sure we were comfortable; really appreciated! The rooms are very large! In fact the whole building is, really lovely to get around in. The beds were very comfortable (also very large!) and we slept very well. The TV in the room was a nice bonus. Not only large, but with a good range of channels.

The only minor thing was a lack of a lift. My wife has difficulty walking up stairs. Luckily we were on the first floor, so not a problem.

Staff was friendly and helpful. When they saw I had a lot of luggage, the receptionist gave me a ground floor room. Easy entry, easy parking, nice location in a park and next to thermal spa and restaurant. Very quiet and safe. Easy access from highway. Plenty of parking and have security cameras. Felt very safe and room was enormous. Perfect for overnight stay on long drive.

We did not receive the larger room we had reserved (with a balcony and bath). The reception confirmed this but could not resolve it as the hotel was fully booked. Aside from this, they were friendly and the stay was still very pleasant! I would recommend it for a relaxing stay with spa options in the town.

You could feel the authenticity. It was good the hotel was renovated but still you could feel how it must have been, staying in the past.

Staff couldn’t speak English very well. But they really did their best AND they were super kind. I wasn’t allowed to go to the spa with my 11 years old daughter. That was really really really disappointing because that was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel…I wanted a good, relaxing start of my vacation.

Nice hotel in a beautiful old building. Spacious room with good beds, clean bathroom. Very big TV screen with google chrome cats built in. Good restaurant nearby at the thermes. Very good breakfast

There is no elevator. Although the beds are good the covers are too warm. We were there in march, outside temperatuur 10 degrees , heater in the room was off but the beds with the covers were really too warm.

bad experience at the restaurant nearby (100 mt) - for no apparent reason we were offered only a cheese platter whereas all other guests could choose from a menu.

Friendly staff. Marylou at the reception was a gem. Charming hotel. Beautiful spacious room. Good beds. Peaceful park view.

Couldn't close the bathroom door. Very unpleasant. Minibar would have been nice in the superior room. Casino restaurant (opposite) was terrible. The reception reserved a table but it is not the hotel's fault that the food and service in the restaurant was below standard. Cannot recommend, though.

A beautiful hotel in an ancient building. - Decoration: very beautiful interior decoration - Room size: Very spacious, with a floor height higher than most of the hotels. - Bathroom: large and clean - Staff: very friendly.

I don't have any complaint of this hotel. The only thing to mention is that, if you don't come by car then it might be hard to reach there.
