On arrival we were greeted warmly and told we had been upgraded to a larger room, which was a very unexpected and very welcome treat. We were asked if we'd be using the swimming pool and then given some larger towels . We were escorted to our room and helped with our luggage. The room was large with a comfortable sofa and a short walk to the large and very comfortable bed. The hotel's indoor swimming pool was a good size, clean and open from 09:00 to 20:00. The Buffet-Breakfast" was as expected with a good choice of cold meats. cheeses and pastries. It was taken in a very light and airy dinning room and the coffee was very good. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town and the spa. We would very happily return to stay here.

There is nothing the staff could have done to make our stay any better,they were all very pleasant and professional. The hotel is near the railway station but noise from the very few trains is minimal. It was a very enjoyable stay in Vittel.

We stayed here without using the amenities such as the swimming pool. We had breakfast outside. Despite its location facing the street, the quiet room with bathroom is clean and equipped with everything you need. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful reception staff. The city centre and spa district are only a few minutes' walk away. Overall, we found a no-frills hotel with a good price-performance ratio.

Big, old hotel with indoor swimming pool (quite impressive) and simple, but perfect room in the beautiful, health-resort town of Vittel. Friendly, efficient reception staff, who even phoned beforehand to tell us the restaurant would be closed due to illness of the chef. Definitely recommended!

Despite the heat of the summer and lack of air conditioning, the room (on the north side) wasn’t too hot. The provided fan helped. Room was larger than I expected. Restaurant is good, breakfast just fair

The bathroom was smelly. I was expecting a tea/ coffee maker but this wasn’t the case

We have warm welcoming and nice environment , specially we have wonderful set menu dinner at hotel for euro25/person only, we are really happy and enjoy it . Also car parking very convenient . and nice indoor swimming pool

Welcoming attitude of the staff.

The main reason I booked the hotel was because of the restaurant. Nowhere did it say that it wasn't actually open the night that I was booking..... until they send you the email confirming your booking!

Our room was upgraded on arrival. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and breakfast. We had an excellent dinner in the evening.

We would have liked to have swam before breakfast but the pool doesn't open until 09.00

Elegant, cosy, comfortable and well kept property, in quiet but central location, lovely indoor swimming pool a plus. Delicious optional continental breakfast.

Good location within a short walk to town and restaurants. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking.

Lovely interior with a nice art gallery, kids also loved the characters all around. Nice people too!
