A wonderfully relaxing hotel. Good parking, swimming pool and excellent restaurant especially the outdoor section with a partial view of the brudge

The air conditioning was not great but it was explained that due to customers putting too much pressure on the system and so causing issues as being such an old building also. Seems people were trying to bring the temp down too low, Therefore they gave gad ti fix the temp at 2; which was ok but would gave preferred say 22. It would have helped if we had been told this as spent a number of times trying to lower the temp setting.

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable room, although a little soulless. Great breakfast although quite expensive...which we only found out when we paid the bill (our fault for not checking).

It would have been nice to have a comfortable armchair in the room and a fixed head shower over the bath. The restaurant food was nice but not outstanding.....it was short on the sort of "knock out" flavour I would expect when paying over 50 € for a three course meal

Great setting, beautiful views of the viaduct, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, fully functional air conditioning, modernised bathroom, good cocktails st the bar, and great restaurant in the cellar. Free slippers. Nice pool.

It was not cheap, but the value for money was reasonable. We did not explore the surroundings as we just stayed for one night, unsure how much there is to do in the area.

Absolutely serene. Nicely furnished and very helpful staff. I cannot remember the last time I was shown to my room in a hotel but the do it here. Nice terraces and great view of the bridge. Room very comfortable with a great shower. The restaurant is first class but there is no new deconstruct a tiramisu even if it’s delicious . Breakfast was good with excellent scrambled eggs.

we came to the area to view the viaduct millau and chanced upon this fabulous place. staff incredibly helpful. we stayed in Terrace room authentic old chateau style with fabulous modern bathroom. the real standout is the dining room with exceptional dishes and wine to match. peaceful and the bells from church next door were magical.

comfortable room. quiet airconditioning. Windows could be opened to enjoy the view of the terracotta rooftops. Lovely dining room with barrel ceiling. welcoming staff. Very good dinner although one of us would have liked a simple vegetarian or mixed salad starter alternative on the menu.

Soap dish in shower needs to be fixed.

A really lovely hotel with a fantastic view of the Millau Viaduct. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and with lovely grounds. The food in the restaurant was excellent. One of the nicest meals I have had in a while. Sitting in the terrace overlooking the town, eating dinner was wonderful. If I go back to this part of France I will return to this hotel. The staff were exceptional as well.

I was travelling on a motorbike and the access road was pretty dodgy!

The chateau is set in its own grounds slightly apart from the town of Creissels itself and so is quiet - our room looked over the town and Millau. The Viaduct de Millau is visible from the grounds and the terrace where we had dinner. Dinner on the old stone terrace (as opposed to the inner vaulted restaurant) had great views. Staff were very friendly. Excellent location to visit the Viaduct de Millau.

Dinner was good but a little disappointing.

the historic building and architectural charms are the obvious high point. the restaurant was excellent- food divine and staff super - front of house and breakfast staff brilliant - so helpful - beautiful and interesting artefacts. great view of Millau viaduct.

the downside for me was the separate lavatory from the bathroom and the fact we didn’t get a bridge view or balcony/terrace - on this be careful with the booking.com selection process. choosing the more antique furnishings means losing a bit on the amenities. also at this price and class of hotel there needs to be better toiletries and coffee and tea facilities in room. individual nespresso would make a lot of difference. also try offering a signature cocktail at 1800 in the library. you might sell more wine.

Very kind and helpful staff who provided us with the cold plates of fromage and meats (as the restaurant is closed on Monday evenings) even though we arrived very late. A traditional hotel in a great location near the Millau bridge.

We were in one of the modern rooms which was very comfortable however a little on the small side as we had our large dog with us which made it all rather ‘snug’.
