Le Capelle Millau was extremely comfortable, with excellent facilities, perfectly located and very friendly, helpful and polite staff. We were really impressed by the parking facilities and comfort and quietness in our room and the overall feeling of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the power pressure of the shower really good.

The room was a little small but not too small to be pockey. The only two drawbacks was the fact that there was no lift so my 82yr old husband had to carry a large bag up the stairs as we wanted a room with a view. And secondly, I was a little disappointed with the lack of drawers in the room so all our clothing had to be either hung or put on the shelf in the wardrobe.

Great location in centre of town. A bit confusing finding the place situated in pedestrianised area but instructions from the hotel made it clear that you can drive up to the entrance to unload bags and checkin. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Immaculate standards with very comfortable bed and nice tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent wifi and recommendations for local restaurants extremely helpful. We had dinner at one of the recommended restaurants, Les Arcades, and the food and service was first class.

Small very friendly hotel. Completely renovated everything brand new. Lovely terrace with spectacular views of the mountains. The breakfast was superb, made special by the gentleman who helped us and didn’t stop, I believe he was the husband of the manager/owner. Such lovely staff, young lady on reception when we arrived was so helpful and informative as was the other young American lady. We will certainly recommend this hotel and hopefully return.

Bit difficult to find, need better directions.

The hotel is right in the centre of Millau and very convenient for restaurants. The young woman on reception was utterly lovely - so kind and helpful. Especially as when we arrived we couldn't find our passports!! The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, with views ove the countryside beyond the town. - we had up graded for 10 euros.

The only thing we found a little awkward was /finding/getting to the hotel and the parking. But we sorted that out quite quickly!

What a lovely hotel, great location for bars and restaurant. Staff were just so friendly, helpful and professional. The only blip was finding the hotel, however, we rang the hotel and the lady was so helpful and guided us. We were so happy after a long day of travelling to Spain. The breakfast was also very good. We will most definitely stay again.

Lighting could be a little better, but wasn't too much of a problem

Great location. We were provided with clear directions to the hotel, which has a place for unloading prior to taking the 2 minute drive to the Q park. Very friendly staff. Spotless modern room. Excellent local produce for breakfast. The croissants and bread are delicious. Local preserves. Great value for money.

Nothing to dislike

Welcome on reception done with good humour and in excellent English. Staff throughout the stay were very helpful and efficient. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Blinds made for a good long sleep. Breakfast choice excellent.

Lack of lift surprising but appreciated help with taking cases up stairs. Did not like all the wasps around the breakfast buffet and the outside terrace. Surprising that the hotel doesn’t address the situation, even putting lids on the jam pots would be a small deterrent.

Location was great, very clean and comfortable rooms. Keisha who booked us in was really lovely and welcoming. The inexpensive secure car park arranged by the hotel nearby was a definite plus.

Maybe a little background music in the breakfast room would lighten the mood a little as we felt we had to be quiet

our guy on check in was very informative and helpful with local knowledge and parking ideas and really made us feel welcome. the hotel is ideally situated and offers a good value breakfast including fresh cooked scrambled eggs and wonderful local jams. check out was easy, the lady made it very easy an efficient - a perfect choice for my wife and I from Australia

all good as expected, the excellent hotel is little hard to little hard to locate but well worth it.

Central, good room, restaurants and shopping close by. Receptionist was very helpful with local info and restaurant advice.

No parking but offered secure parking in shopping centre next door 8 euro for 24hrs . No bar and restaurant but is in centre of town, which is okay if weather good.
