The room was spacious enough for a short stay. Bathroom was well designed with a large shower. At 39c air conditioning was most welcome after a day sightseeing ! The views from the terrace were lovely, you could eat breakfast outside. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Keshia in particular was brilliant. Without her we would never have found the hotel. She stayed on the phone, giving us directions, until she saw us driving up to front of the hotel. What a star. Without her we would have been going in circles all day! Every morning she greeted us with a smile & answered all our questions on how to get around. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend but not easy to find!

Tea & coffee making facilities would have been nice.

Le Capelle Millau was extremely comfortable, with excellent facilities, perfectly located and very friendly, helpful and polite staff. We were really impressed by the parking facilities and comfort and quietness in our room and the overall feeling of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the power pressure of the shower really good.

The room was a little small but not too small to be pockey. The only two drawbacks was the fact that there was no lift so my 82yr old husband had to carry a large bag up the stairs as we wanted a room with a view. And secondly, I was a little disappointed with the lack of drawers in the room so all our clothing had to be either hung or put on the shelf in the wardrobe.

Great hotel in the centre of Millau. The facilities were quite simple and there was no bar or restaurant but given that we were right in the centre of the town this was no problem. Our room was cool and scrupulously clean. It was quiet too. Very welcoming staff who helpfully showed us walks around the town. Breakfast was the jewel in the crown! Lots of home made cakes and pastries, delicious eggs and lovely fruit and yogurt. Would recommend for an overnight stay on your journey south. Or north. Or if you have just come to marvel at Norman Foster’s masterpiece.

Great location in centre of town. A bit confusing finding the place situated in pedestrianised area but instructions from the hotel made it clear that you can drive up to the entrance to unload bags and checkin. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Immaculate standards with very comfortable bed and nice tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent wifi and recommendations for local restaurants extremely helpful. We had dinner at one of the recommended restaurants, Les Arcades, and the food and service was first class.

Small comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good standard hotel room. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location near everything. Convenient parking at a reasonable cost. Millau is a nice small town, very walkable. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains visible from the hotel and most of the town.

GPS guidance took us to a dead end that we realised later was right below the hotel but with no access from that level. We also missed that we could have parked temporarily just outside the hotel entrance.

Very centrally located hotel in the heart of Millau. Next to several cafés and restaurants, there is a shopping center nearby. A very nice terrace overlooking a mountain and countryside. Parking was next door in the shopping centre underground carpark and the hotel had a special rate of 6 euro a day. We had a lovely big room with a king size bed

Shame there is no individual balcony.

Small very friendly hotel. Completely renovated everything brand new. Lovely terrace with spectacular views of the mountains. The breakfast was superb, made special by the gentleman who helped us and didn’t stop, I believe he was the husband of the manager/owner. Such lovely staff, young lady on reception when we arrived was so helpful and informative as was the other young American lady. We will certainly recommend this hotel and hopefully return.

Bit difficult to find, need better directions.

The hotel is right in the centre of Millau and very convenient for restaurants. The young woman on reception was utterly lovely - so kind and helpful. Especially as when we arrived we couldn't find our passports!! The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, with views ove the countryside beyond the town. - we had up graded for 10 euros.

The only thing we found a little awkward was /finding/getting to the hotel and the parking. But we sorted that out quite quickly!

What a lovely hotel, great location for bars and restaurant. Staff were just so friendly, helpful and professional. The only blip was finding the hotel, however, we rang the hotel and the lady was so helpful and guided us. We were so happy after a long day of travelling to Spain. The breakfast was also very good. We will most definitely stay again.

Lighting could be a little better, but wasn't too much of a problem

Set close to the main centre with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We arrived on Bastille Day and were lucky enough to experience the evening festivities. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and assisted us by allowing us to park our motorcycles on their terrace rather than having to park them in another hotels car park.
