Beautiful riverside location. Excellent reception staff who helped arrange a taxi for us the next day and very kindly gave us an adapter when we discovered our UK one didn't work properly. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable.

Separate toilet and shower facilities were a bit annoying. Breakfast was ok, but it would have been nice to have some hot food options.

Excellent location - 5 to 10 mins from station and very near the centre of town. The hotel had amazing decor and an Agatha Christie feel about it. It was right by the river. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was Ok but limited. It is a shame the restaurant is closed. Tea/coffee in the room would have been appreciated.

Staff were exceptionally helpful in a difficult situation, going above and beyond what I might have expected under the circumstances. All staff were friendly and kind, and spoke enough English to help one who has too little French.

Visitors might wish to use bus or train services. I would suggest that train and bus schedules be available or that staff be able to direct visitors to where these can be found and where main bus stops are.

Arrived a bit late but staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, very clean, parking outside the hotel was impossible so late on but found somewhere close by. Not much happening in the town considering it was a Sat night but we found a pub not too far away eventually

The breakfast was barebones. Not worth the price, but the breakfast terrace overlooking the river made up for it. Our room was a suite and overlooked river. For the price, can’t be beat. Dry comfortable stay.

Nice hotel in a great location. We got there early - before 1pm and were able to store our bikes and luggage for a couple of hours before we checked in. Breakfast was simple standard fare, but very good.

Friendly and helpful welcome. Lots of information about the town shared. Family room very clean and comfortable. Excellent proximity to the station and town. Breakfast ample. Thank you.

Lovely hotel and very modern inside. Very clean, had the family room which is on the 3rd floor. This can only accessed by a lift and then stairs, not a problem for us but not for someone with mobility issues, not in advert. Lovely location.

Advertised free parking, they do not have a private car park. A few spaces outside the hotel otherwise a free carpark up the road. This is reduced on Thursday evening as there is a market on a Friday.

A retro boutique hotel with a great central location and a lock up garage which housed our 4 motorbikes. The garage was a real bonus. Not big enough for a car. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Wanted a stand up in it shower. Don’t like sitting in a bath showering.

The people are veey friendly and the hotel is very close ie hardly 5 min walk from restaurants.
