Hotel location excellent. On the slopes and with attached ski hire. Staff friendly and helpful. Sauna and Hamman very nice too.

Reception has a really nice area to chill, with pool table, but we never used it at it closes at 7:30 for some strange reason. Would have been great after a meal to use this. Likewise pool closes at 7:30 too. A little early.

The price/quality ratio for France is good.

Exceptionally awful unempathetic attitude to guests. We were going via one of the most risky route up in the mountains to reach the hotel 'cause we were lost due to GPS. We barely found a spot with a cellular signal to call and warn the hotel that we gonna be late. That was basically up in the Alpes in the middle of a very narrow road, what we have informed about the staff over the phone. Imagine our surprise they said we have to say our credit card details right now otherwise we can't arrive later cause they can't charge a deposit. So the guests should risk their lives in order to justify their unfitting reality management system? By "reality" I mean obvious risks of running a hotel in the mountains like routes problems for tourists from other regions. In addition to that, you have to pay extra (around 40 euro, do not remember the sum correctly) if you don't make a cleaning before departure according to their instructions. It took us more than one hour to do that. That is the 1st time ever the hotel doesn't provide free cleaning in my and my husband's life experience. Also, it's possible to check-in with a receptionist present at the spot only during 1 hour a day and that isn't a traditional 2 pm check-in. Moreover, the sauna works not only several times a week, though several hours - opening at around 5 pm only to get closed at 7.30 pm once the whole swimming area is closed. Overall, the complex is satisfactory, though all these rules are absolutely not fitting for relaxation.

What ? To pay for the WI FI in the apartment? Dubai prepares all city free and here we must pay for wifi that they have at no cost ? They are 20 years behind. Reception closes between 2 and 5 pm, even in 2 stars hotels the reception is open. We arrived at 14:30, obliged to wait until 5 pm to have the keys of the apartment. They gave us blankets and towels at the reception, instead to be in the room. The view to the building facing the residence is really poor, we have a allow cost architecture building as for poor town suburbs. No privacy between balconies. Cheep plastic furniture in the balconies (impossible to find cheeper than this).

Location was ok everything else very disappointing I’ve left the property in perfect condition and cleaner than I found it. Hidden charge of 103 euros Had to leave 400 euros deposit still not been returned to my account and they don’t answer the telephone Very worrying I wouldn’t advise it to be honest.

All stated above the rooms are basic and poor standard . Bedding is like from a prison They don’t send your 400 euros back in a hurry still waiting. No response
