Very helpful staff in every way. Excellent bed excellent breakfast

Helpful staff - we arrived wet and covered in mud from a long rainy bike ride and nothing was too much trouble for the staff to take in our bags, our bikes and to offer us lunch after the restaurant close time.

I was due to arrive outside of the advertised reception open hours. After emailing to advise of my late arrive the staff were very accommodating. They emailed me an access code for entry to the hotel, left the room key available for when I arrived and left clear instructions on how to find my room. This we very much appreciated.

Easy to find hotel, and with lots of free parking. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was very good, although like most hotels, a little expensive. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good.

We appreciated the friendly staff (at all levels) and the secure off-street parking for our car and camping trailer. A short walk from the Logis brings you to the river which runs through Fontenay and is a peaceful distraction after a day's driving. The standard of food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and good value for money.

We found the access to our room a bit complicated involving a lift which did not clearly tell us how to get to Room 123! With a bit of ingenuity we discovered that using the stairs outside was much simpler but anyone with physical difficulties may find this a challenge. Better signage would help.

The staff were so helpful and kind. Even though I arrived really late I could still eat in the restaurant which served excellent food. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the price was great.

Convenient location on a drive from Cherbourg to Spain. Good parking. Spacious and comfortable room with good facilities. Delicious dinner and good breakfast.dog friendly.

The room decor

The hotel is in a central location,close to amenities and attractions. The room was rather small but had everything one would need. The air conditioning was excellent. The food served at thd restsurant was very good.

Great location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We decided to eat at the restaurant in the evening and the food was absolutely wonderful. Great service and friendly ambiance.

Just could have done with some proper cups in the room for hot drinks.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

A little awkward trying to collect breakfast and hold tray. Need a bit more tray space. Sadly English Breakfast Tea...not a fan of Earl Grey, Fruit and herbal teas. Only little things

Extremely nice staff member at check in. He was helpful and courteous. Recommended a good restaurant for dinner as the hotel dining room was closed. Clean and comfortable room. Good air conditioning. Quiet room. Safe parking. Nice interesting town.
