This is very much a roadside-style hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin. No frills, but perfectly comfortable. Easy access from the main road with plenty of parking, and a couple of food options just a stone’s throw from the front door. There’s an HGV fuel station directly behind the hotel and a standard petrol station only a couple of minutes away. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. As mentioned, no frills, but for the price you really can’t argue. The hotel is dog-friendly, charging only a small €6 fee per dog, which is excellent. They also provided us with a cot for our toddler in addition to the triple room for myself and my wife, which was very convenient. All in all, a straightforward, good-value stay – ideal for a stopover.

Location was great for us, as it fitted in with our onward journey. It also had secure storage for our bikes. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We liked the restaurant attached to the hotel which served really good choice of food, wine and beer. Breakfast was good, perfect for the cyclists.

A really minor point, the egg boiler took ages to soft boil an egg!

excellent location just off the motorway, very good breakfast, surprised others have complained. superbly attentive staff, rooms basic but air con good.

restaurant next door is not part of the hotel but inextricably linked. Went straight in to restaurant but was told full due to party of 50 arriving 30 minutes later. After 5 hours drive with children, we refused to leave, sat down and were served. Food not expensive but not great either, and we were upset by our treatment. Hotel apologised and we felt sorry for waitress who was alone. Hotel advertises menu in the restaurant in the bedrooms. Our advice is if you want to eat, tell hotel to book a table.

Staff were pleasant especially the morning lady. Breakfast was better than expected bed was comfy and location was good

Room10 had broken shower we were iffered another room also with a broken shower before finally settling on room 126 which was acceptable

Really handy location, nice staff, quiet room with please outlook, and a great breakfast!

Only one negative comment; the room (especially the bathroom) is looking 'tired' - a pity, as everything else is so good. I hope a little refurbishment will soon be done.

As a stopover hotel while traveling across France it did exactly as expected - Good parking and just off the toll road. The pizza takeaway opposite was very good

A nice welcome from the receptionist, who was very helpful. Good location near to autoroute. Would recommend a pizza from the little pizza hut opposite the hotel. Lovely decor in the hotel.

Nearby restaurants close at 9:30 - but c'est la France I suppose.

Clean and comfortable, the staff were really helpful and attentive. Good value for money

Only gripe was that twice housekeeping staff knocked and then let themselves into the room, even thought we were in it.

Close to the motorway. Prwtty quiet in a room - good to recover after a long way. Simple but OK breakfast - I missed vegetables, but everything else was good.

Good price, clean, air conditioned, comfortable beds, nice and dark for sleeping, friendly and helpful staff, nice and quiet, had travel cot ready for our baby

A kettle and little fridge would be good but not expected for the price
