The breakfasts were exceptional, varied and in a beautiful dreamland dining room that has to be seen to be believed. Marie and Christophe were warm and welcoming. The room was immaculate, with air conditioning. Having had a bad experience is another location at Mont St Michel a few days earlier (for which we will be posting an appropriate review), this location exceeded all our expectations. Merci Marie. We will be back.

There was nothing we did not like. Lucon is a lovely town. Although I could not park my car on site because it had a roof box which could not get in the doorway, the nearby parking felt safe.

Marie and Christophe made us very welcome despite arriving much earlier than expected. Our bikes were stored safely. Our room is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Marie pays wonderful attention to detail and the breakfast room was beautiful. We’d definitely stay again.

I don’t want to say anything negative. We are not used to a curtain instead of a door to the bathroom…. I think that is because we come from the UK. We’d definitely stay again if we come back this way.

A beautiful house and garden. Breakfast was a delicious continental French delight. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed. A good room for a family.

Being older and one of us disabled, we didn't realize we were on the 3rd floor so the stairs were a bit difficult but wheñ booking we need to check access!

We loved the fresh ingredients available for breakfast and appreciated the hot chocolate. Location was perfect, so close to everywhere . The rooms were kitted out with everything you needed. With clean fresh towels changed daily and extremely comfortable beds . Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It was a home from home atmosphere and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if we ever visit lucon. Xx

Absolutely nothing, our stay was perfect in every way.

The best accommodation on our trip. The host was excellent. Was very friendly, helpful and informative. The breakfast presentation was like I have never seen before. Worth staying the night just for that alone. All the facilities were perfect

The location was excellent for walking around Lucon and as we had secure parking at the accommodation it led to a stress-free stay. The bedroom was very comfortable with a sitting area and plenty of room to unpack and very welcome air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed sitting in the garden to start the day drinking our coffee and eating the local honey bread amongst other things, in fact so much choice lunch seemed unnecessary. We stayed 3 days and were very pleased to have chosen such a central location that was so peaceful.

The toilet is behind a screen not in a separate room, maybe at times more privacy would have been appreciated. Having said that for us this was not really an issue as we were aware of that when we booked, and we really liked the bathroom and how it was separated from the room with a screen and a small wall

The hotel is situated in the centre of Lucon, close to the shops and restaurants. The private parking was much appreciated as on street parking limited. Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful and provided good local information.

Gorgeous hotel with absolutely charming hosts who went the extra mile to make us comfortable and so welcome. A must in Luçon.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and last but not least wonderful hosts.

The property is a beautiful house in a a very quiet area of the town. A wonderful welcome and service by the host. The breakfast was excellent served in a lovely room in the house. Great secure area for my bike and everything was great.
